the business owner greeted us with his wife in a friendly way. They were very friendly. The business owner was very helpful with places to visit. The location of the creek house was almost like a center of peace with the sound of the black sea, greenery and storm stream. The freedom area of the creek house was very much in front compared to the surrounding accommodation, the private barbecue area for the barbecue, the private winter garden for the barbecue, and the summer garden, most importantly, the heated swimming pool and many details that I could not count. We had a very nice time with my wife. From here, we thank Mr. Turan and his wife Özlem very much for their sincere attitude to the business owners. We spent two nights as a family. Everything was as seen and described. The view from the lounge and bedroom that make the house exquisite. It's like a painting. The contemporary gentleman is very caring and provides a solution. We can probably revisit in one of the spring seasons.

We had the opportunity to stay in a wonderful house full of peace, surrounded by nature. Everything was as beautiful as in the photos, even more beautiful. Silence, cleanliness and comfort were literally beyond our expectations. The host, Mr. Celil, was also extremely polite, understanding and helpful. It is a lovely place, very big, lots of beds, very clean and a very nice e pool and bbq area, we enjoyed the stay very much.

This is our second time staying at dear Gülcan's villa. It will be our first choice for every trip to Istanbul from now on. We feel very comfortable in the villa as a family. After touring Istanbul all day long and returning to the villa, we entered a real paradise. There is a magnificent sea view and all the luxurious details have been considered. We loved the jacuzzi, sauna, and cinema room. We had a great time in the big garden. Hüseyin Bey helped us a lot to make us comfortable in the villa. The place was peaceful and relaxing. Hussein was a great help. Great pool And garden. The patisserie we visited was amazing for the cakes. A short drive to the lake and restaurants. Will visit again.

Now that I'm on my way back, I wanted to comment on the hot weather. We went to Geyikli Köske with a team of children. Everything we might need at home was thought of. It was very clean. The barbecue area, playground, garden were very enjoyable. Mr. Birol, who took care of the house, was very kind and caring. We would like to thank him and his team. We are leaving the Geyikli mansion very happy, we are planning our next trip.

Our stay at the Villa was great ! The lake view was spectacular. We truly enjoyed the private patio on the lake , it was a special experience that set this Villa apart from others we have stayed at before . The Villa was extremely clean and had all necessities.Every room had a Bathroom and AC which was really convenient for us. The pool was heated and we were able to enjoy it during the day and at night . Barbecue and firepit were well equipped. Host was very friendly and replied to all my questions. Overall we had a great family experience and would definitely repeat our visit . highly recommend.

Our time in Villa Holiday Sapanca Kırkpınar was quite nice. An ideal place for those who want to relax in a peaceful environment. Getting to popular places was very easy. The cleanliness and layout of the villa was perfect; everything was thought out down to the last detail. The hot pool allows you to have a pleasant time, especially on cool evenings. The fire pit also allowed us to have fun conversation time. The host, Ms. Nursel, made our stay even more special with her hospitality and attention. We felt like we were at home. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a calm and comfortable holiday in Sapanca with peace of mind. We will definitely want to come back!

I would say that you should once again think about the peace of mind that you will have in this place, the happiness that nature will create, the comfort of the jacuzzi, and the refreshment that the pool will provide. It is an exquisite place, only 2 km away from the center, and I swear you will not regret it, but I cannot prove it. I would like to thank Ms. Elif and Mr. Cem for their interest and concern.

Simply magical! We had our mini wedding at that villa and it was everything we wished for. Erus is very helpful and always available.

The interior of the house envied us much from the location of the house, everything but everything was considered , the kitchen supplies were incredible, there were more than everything, the size and warmth of the pool were very good, 7 women were very comfortable, a place where we could come back, thank you Mr. Oğuzhan for everything
