The location is very close to the majority of the touristic attractions. The street is very quiet and safe, but still very central. Our building was built in 1905 and still maintaining its magical spirit. The flat is on the 4th floor, which is one floor below the common terrace.This house is 100 m2 in total & 3.10 m ceiling

Taksim square and Istiklal Street are only minutes away and can accommodate 5. You can reach the metro station, several cafes and night clubs in a minute. It's situated on the 5th floor, unfortunately no lift but the sea view makes up for it. It has 1 bedroom and a living room that can accommodate 5 people. It also comes with an AC in the bedroom, TV, washing machine.
