The apartment is so worth its price! Everything looks just like it does on the photos, and the style is so unique. It's evident that Nathia has put a lot of effort and soul into creating the romantic atmosphere of her place. She and her husband have been nothing but supportive and helpful. I'd recommend staying here to anyone visiting Batumi.

Great value for the price. Location is great, near Blue Mosque and Agya Sophia and T1 stop but is also quiet because in a secondary street. Bed was comfy and breakfast good too. The personnell is very kind. Recommended

The place is more of a hotel than a typical airbnb. 24/7 desk officers, ready to help and who speak English. The location was my favorite thing: amazing shops with wholesale clothing shops and the main street nearby with everything one can need: restaurants, shops, medical offices, pharmacies, bakeries.... I HIGHLY recommend this place. I will always be a place away from home in Sisly.

Stefan’s place is cosy, spacious and close to the centre of town and the beach. Communication was easy and we had a great time overall!

The room was in the first body next to the gate at the entrance to the 2nd floor, overlooking exactly the entrance to the hotel, everything ok functional, Bernadetta always answered me back to any question I had, everything ok and beautiful in the end! Too bad the weather didn't keep with us halfway through sept, but overall everything ok! Access to the beach f close, you can get out to the beach directly from the big pool overlooking the sea! Best Air Bnb I ever stayed!

Crikey, where do I even start? Staying at Stephano’s Airbnb in Batumi was an absolute ripper of an experience — honestly, it’s one of the best spots I’ve ever stayed in, and I’m still grinning from ear to ear just thinking about it! Meeting Stephano was a huge honour and a real pleasure — such a genuine, friendly bloke. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with warmth and kindness, making me feel like I was catching up with an old mate over a good glass of vino. It’s rare to come across someone so welcoming and genuine, and I reckon I was pretty lucky to meet him. Now, let’s talk about this apartment — fair dinkum, it’s a beauty. It’s kept so spotless I’d have been happy to eat my breakfast off the floor (but I didn’t, don’t worry!). The decor is modern with a touch of luxurious charm — bright, cozy, and full of little touches that make it feel like a home away from home. The bedroom is a dream, mate — a massive, plush double bed with crisp, couldn't find a better location!

Nice, clean, updated place. I wish they had coffee for early birds, (the bar opens at 8AM and the coffee kiosk outside was only accepting Bulgarian money), but otherwise it was a pleasant place, not too far from the beach.

Clean, tidy, new and spacious environment. A professional service. The only problem is for those who do not have a grocery store, etc., and distance to the center. Otherwise, it can be preferred with peace of mind.

The room was spotless, I did not encounter any dirt in the bathroom and kitchen, and there was not even as much dirt as the point. The towels and utensils provided were also very clean. The air conditioning, stove and TV were working smoothly. There was also hot water. The location is an average of 10 minutes to the beautiful ferry pier and very calm around. They took great care of us, thank you, they helped us no matter what we asked. I was very satisfied with your warmth. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect, the host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The food was incredible, especially breakfast. We loved the mountain and even though the weather was bad for most of our stay it did not take anything away from juts being in the middle of nature surrounded by greenery. Overall it was beautiful.

The cabin has an impressive, stunning view of the sea, set within a family-owned property. It’s well-designed, extremely clean, and well-maintained. The decor is tasteful, adding a nice touch to the place. There’s also a shared winterhouse cabin where you can have meals, which brings a unique experience to the stay. Inside the cabin, there’s a fireplace, and the family provides firewood on request. The family that owns the property is genuinely friendly and respectful. They’ve a dog and some chickens that roam around, adding to the laid-back vibe. Overall, it was a great stay, and I’d definitely come back!

Nice host and comfortable place. I arrived much earlier than the check in time and the host allowed me to have early check in which is very nice and grateful for me. The place is near to taksim square and very convenient. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby.

This place is a gem! It’s a clean and spacious venue located near Taksim Square. The metro station is just a stone’s throw away, making it incredibly convenient to explore various attractions. The staff is always on top of things and provides prompt and helpful assistance whenever needed. Highly recommended!
