Townhouse holiday rentals in Black Sea

Our group enjoyed staying in the Taksim neighborhood! The apartments were clean and had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay in Istanbul. The host helped with private transport and was always friendly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Magdalena , charming host,available and very fluent 😅 in English in a country where the language is super complicated 😊 The place is very nice , very well located with a small terrace overlooking the sea . This is exactly what we were looking for… authentic Bulgarian seaside village away from mass tourism. Highly recommend this place 😊

The apartment is super clean and as shown on the pictures. It's a quite big place and everything you'll need is there. Also, the apartment is behind their house, so you have your full intimacy. You'll feel just like at home. They really helped me during my stay in Batumi. Their hospitality is really great! I definitely recommend!

Excellent home, hospitable hosts Armaz and Nino and all their big Family! The goal was to live in a real Georgian house with history and garden, upon arrival we received it, the family house of Armaz, the garden and the "house in the village" :) Every day we saw Armaz at his house in Batumi, walked around Batumi, look at the sights and at the sea with the sons of Armaz: Henri, Lashay and Toko, in the evenings we often stayed until late at night for joint dinners (our friends lived at the guest house of Armaz). We were invited to a tour of Adjara for kebabs and wine to the country house of Aunt Mary and Uncle Nadim, I saw for the first time how the hazelnut grows:) Even together we had time to go to the football match "Dynamo" (Batumi). We lived almost as a FAMILY FOR A month. If you need to be immersed in a real Georgian environment, then you need to choose a house near Armaz. Thanks to this trip, we loved Georgia forever and intend to return here next summer!

hIs Julian's place is amazing. A lovely place. Julian was also available in the organization and in giving us all the details. He also organized for us a boat trip in nature and surrounding areas. An incredible landscape. We only stayed one day...too little...

If it was possible to put 100/10 we would put❤️ The hotel has its own beach, they met us as their family. If you are planning to visit Kvariati, just go here. This place deserves a kicker The rooms are clean, just great. The kitchen in the hotel is incredible. 🔥🔥🔥🔥

The most friendly and caring hosts! Big house with three bedrooms, great view on the city, private parking near house, peaceful neighborhood, center is 6-8 min away by car Very warm house, good equipped and there is a lot of space inside Insanely big tv :D 11/10

Our hosts were amazing and accommodating. Our luggage was delayed, but our hosts gave us shopping recommendations and even offered to drive us to some places. The Arbnb itself was very clean and nice and the location was amazing by the cliffside of the Black Sea. We would 100% recommend anyone to stay here.

Ludmila's place was exactly what we needed, large spacious bedrooms, pictures do not do justice. Very clean place, small store next door, and a yard with nice size table was perfect for 6 of us. Definitely recommend Ludmila's place.

We had a great stay at Deniz And Nikola’s house. The property is new/newly renovated, clean and comfortable, check-in was fast and easy, communication with the host was effortless. The pictures accurately represent the actual state of the house and amenities are as advertised. I would highly recommend booking this house if you are looking for a relaxing stay at the southern part of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast.

Our recent stay at this Airbnb in Turkey was truly amazing! The location was super convenient—everywhere we wanted to go was just a short taxi ride away. Plus, taxis had no trouble finding the place, which made getting around a breeze. The house itself was spotless! You could tell the host took our request for cleanliness seriously. The place smelled fresh and looked immaculate. The host even provided extra towels, tissues, and bed sheets without any hesitation. The layout of the Airbnb was fantastic: three floors, each with its own bed and bathroom. This setup was perfect for our family, and it would be ideal for multiple families traveling together. The privacy and convenience were top-notch. The ground floor had a billiard table, which was a huge hit with the kids (and the adults!). It was such a fun feature and gave the kids a great place to hang out while the adults relaxed. Finally, the host was incredibly accommodating. A nice house in a great location by the waterfront. The hostess of the house was very friendly and even treated us to homemade food.

Beautiful, spacious house in a nice area of Istanbul. The ferry gets you to the center easily. We had an excellent stay!
