We stayed 1 night in this Sapanca villa with a Bali concept and everything was really great. The design of the house was very meticulous and aesthetic. It was well above our expectations in terms of comfort. Everything we might need was thought of and was complete. Cleanliness, decoration, peace… It was all there. I recommend it with peace of mind to anyone who wants to rest and experience a different atmosphere. We can't wait to come back

We had a very pleasant stay at the villa. The space was clean and matched the pictures. The location is quiet and ideal for ones seeking recreation. Overall, we were very satisfied with the amenities, even though there were a few smaller things that could be improved. We would like to emphasize Mr Murat, who was a great host and always communicated well with us. We would recommend the place.

We really loved the house, it was beautifully designed and everything was thought out. The facilities were quite sufficient, and it was nice that the pool was heated. Mr. Ahmet and his wife helped us in every way, and we were able to reach them whenever we wanted. I'm thinking of coming back, I'd recommend it to everyone!

Amazing stay at this beautiful, private retreat surrounded by stunning nature! The property is perfect for a peaceful getaway, with a charming village market nearby offering delicious fresh fruit. A car is a must to explore the area. The highlight was the incredibly helpful property keeper, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend!

We stayed with my wife for 1 night, Mr. Fatih helped us with everything, everything was clean and tidy, the temperature of the pool was very good, the morning breakfast was quite sufficient for two people, there are problems with hygiene in such places, but everything was sparkling clean, maybe we were more careful than I was pregnant, there are shops 2 minutes away by car for dinner, we preferred to take meat and barbecue in the garden, we had a good time on the advice of Mr. Fatih, we had a very pleasant time, the host woke up the morning with a bell and breakfast, they entered the garden directly in the bungalow we stayed before, they respect your privacy here, everything was as in the photos and worked smoothly, air conditioning, wood fireplace, barbecue, shower, hot water, projection, in short, we were very satisfied, in short, it was more convenient than other comparisons, it was a place we would prefer again, my only suggestion was that you should take the time off, you will be more comfortable. One of the best houses we've ever stayed in! 👍 There is everything you need for a long stay, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful village, 5 minutes from the sandy beach - the perfect place to relax from the city bustle. There are several grocery stores nearby, the sea is a 5-minute walk away. We were just delighted, we will definitely come again 🤩

The host was very understanding and helpful. He did everything in his power to us when there was a problem. The views from the house were full of peace. I can say that it is the most beautiful place to choose in Trabzon, both the location of the house is 15 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the center. A real gem! As a tourism professional, I'm used to visiting all kinds of accommodations — but this one is truly exceptional. The view is simply magical: mountains, forest, moving sky... and the soft sound of the river in the background. Whether from the living room, the bedroom or even the jacuzzi, you are immersed in nature. Forget the TV, here it is the live show that captivates you. The accommodation is clean, well furnished, tastefully decorated, and the staff are extremely helpful. One night, a storm caused a power outage — we contacted Hassan, and he solved the problem in a minute. Again thank you for this responsiveness! Don't be swayed by any bad comments: if there's a problem here, it's probably coming from the person writing it, not the accommodation. If I could give more than 5/5, I would do it without hesitation.

The accommodation was very nice and clean. The space was wonderful and the views were beautiful, which gave us calm and relaxation. Ibrahim was a wonderful and hospitable person who gave us everything we needed in the kitchen and tips about the surrounding places. The house has a garden full of roses with a wonderful smell. We felt like we were in our own home. One of the places I will definitely return to 🌸

Great stay at Orbay, responsive host to all requests! Accommodation located in a tourist area where transport is accessible to visit the whole city. As a result, the street is quite noisy in the evening. Functional air conditioning in each room. Breakfast option below the accommodation is appreciable!

A wonderful house that you’ll want to return to. The fully opening panoramic windows bring in fresh air and a sense of openness. The interior is stylish and well-equipped, with all the essentials — a dishwasher, washing machine, BBQ and grill area. We especially loved the cozy swings and sun loungers for relaxing. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful, with shops and restaurants nearby. The sea is just a 5-minute walk away, and there’s convenient parking on the property.

Brother Sinan contacted us early in the morning for transportation. He was friendly and made us feel really comfortable. The environment was as seen in the photos. He did not neglect to inform us about local restaurants. Beds and bathroom were clean.

The area was beautiful and the most beautiful thing about it was the surrounding area for those who love the countryside and love the green nature and tranquility.

Nice apartment with an amazing view. You only need to bring your clothes and food to eat; everything else is available, including clothes washing. Plus, if you have a car with you, then this place fits you very well! Area of apartment is quite enough for us as family (2 adults 3 kids) . We had an a/c issue but Can (the host) was very helpful and provide electric fan as replacement till the a/c was fixed. Thanks Can for this nice place and friendly environment that you provide

Very comfortable and extremely clean house. Beautiful garden! Easy to access, and perfect for a quiet and relaxing getaway. The chickens were definitely the highlight of our trip! Muge is a fantastic host. She was very nice and made us feel right at home. One of a kind. Truly a gem.

Caner has a very cozy place! Great for four people. Although, It gets pretty hot in the 2nd and 3rd story of the home. Air conditioning is only on the first floor. Bathroom could use an update too, there’s a little bit of black mold forming on the rim of the bathtub. Other than that, the place is very nice and close to the market streets.

The host is friendly and helpful. The place is wonderful. It is quiet. It is half an hour walk from the city. It is worth visiting, even if you go back to the bazaar

My wife and I spent 4 nights in this spectacular appartment. The entire experience was fantastic: - the communication with the host was extremely pleasant, very responsive, great recommendations. It felt like having a caring friend in Istanbul!! - the location is excellent, the view over the Bosporus can't get any better. It requires a bit of a climb but absolutely manageble (also with luggage) and well worth it! - beautiful neighborhood right by the Bosporus, sophisticated, great and fun restaurants and clubs, and not overrun by tourists. All walking distance. Including groceries. No need to go anywhere else in the evenings! - big windows, a patio, and a garden. Due to the hillside location the view is spectacular and completely unobstructed. We never drew the curtains. - the appartment is newly renovated, nice furnishing, spotless clean, very tidy, great features and fully equipped with all new appliances and all neccessities. Our new favorite place in Istanbul, we will be back!

Spacious, beautiful home, decorated with taste and love. Available appliances: dishwasher and washing machine, internet. Chic view and grounds. The house was warm in the fall. I recommend exclusively if you have a car (parking inside, outside the gate).
