Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Magdalena , hôte charmante ,disponible et qui maîtrise très bien l’anglais 😅 dans un pays où la langue est hyper compliquée 😊 Le lieu est très agréable , très bien placé avec une petite terrasse avec vue sur la mer . C’est exactement ce que nous recherchions… village authentique bulgare de bord de mer à l’écart du tourisme de masse . Je vous recommande vivement cet endroit 😊

The apartment is super clean and as shown on the pictures. It's a quite big place and everything you'll need is there. Also, the apartment is behind their house, so you have your full intimacy. You'll feel just like at home. They really helped me during my stay in Batumi. Their hospitality is really great! I definitely recommend!

Отличный дом, гостепреимные хозяева Армаз и Нино и вся их большая Семья! Была цель жить в настоящем грузинском доме с историей и садом, по приезду мы его получили, родовой дом Армаза, сад и "домик в деревне" :) Ежедневно виделись с Армазом у него дома в Батуми, ходили гулять по Батуми, смотреть достопримечательности и на море с сыновьями Армаза: Анри, Лашей и Токо, вечерами часто засиживались до поздней ночи за совместными ужинами (наши друзья, жили в гостевом доме Армаза). Были приглашены на экскурсию по Аджарии на шашлыки и вино в загородний дом тетушки Мэри и дядюшки Надима, гдя я впервые увидел как растет фундук :) Даже вместе успели сходить на футбольный матч "Динамо" (Батуми). Целый месяц мы жили почти ОДНОЙ СЕМЬЕЙ. Если Вам нужно погружение в настоящую грузинскую среду, то вам нужно выбирать дом у Армаза. Благодаря этой поездке, мы навсегда полюбили Грузию и Намерены вернуться сюда следующим летом!

la casa di Julian è incredibile. un luogo incantevole. Julian è stato disponibile anche nell'organizzazione e nel darci tutti i dettagli. ha organizzato per noi anche una escursione in barca nella natura e nelle aree circostanti. un paesaggio incredibile. Siamo stati un solo giorno...troppo poco...

Если бы можно было поставить 100/10, мы бы поставили❤️ У отеля свой пляж, встречали нас как свою семью. Если планируете в Квариати - просто поезжайте сюда. Это место заслуживает гостей пипец Номера - чистые, просто супер. Кухня в отеле это невероятно. 🔥🔥🔥🔥

The most friendly and caring hosts! Big house with three bedrooms, great view on the city, private parking near house, peaceful neighborhood, center is 6-8 min away by car Very warm house, good equipped and there is a lot of space inside Insanely big tv :D 11/10

Our hosts were amazing and accommodating. Our luggage was delayed, but our hosts gave us shopping recommendations and even offered to drive us to some places. The Arbnb itself was very clean and nice and the location was amazing by the cliffside of the Black Sea. We would 100% recommend anyone to stay here.

Ludmila's place was exactly what we needed, large spacious bedrooms, pictures do not do justice. Very clean place, small store next door, and a yard with nice size table was perfect for 6 of us. Definitely recommend Ludmila's place.

We had a great stay at Deniz And Nikola’s house. The property is new/newly renovated, clean and comfortable, check-in was fast and easy, communication with the host was effortless. The pictures accurately represent the actual state of the house and amenities are as advertised. I would highly recommend booking this house if you are looking for a relaxing stay at the southern part of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast.

Our recent stay at this Airbnb in Turkey was truly amazing! The location was super convenient—everywhere we wanted to go was just a short taxi ride away. Plus, taxis had no trouble finding the place, which made getting around a breeze. The house itself was spotless! You could tell the host took our request for cleanliness seriously. The place smelled fresh and looked immaculate. The host even provided extra towels, tissues, and bed sheets without any hesitation. The layout of the Airbnb was fantastic: three floors, each with its own bed and bathroom. This setup was perfect for our family, and it would be ideal for multiple families traveling together. The privacy and convenience were top-notch. The ground floor had a billiard table, which was a huge hit with the kids (and the adults!). It was such a fun feature and gave the kids a great place to hang out while the adults relaxed. Finally, the host was incredibly accommodating. Yana was a great host and the place was incredible! It’s very close from the airport and only 10 minutes from most sites. Yana and her assistant were very helpful and friendly. The place was clean and tidy. I definitely recommend.

Beautiful, spacious house in a nice area of Istanbul. The ferry gets you to the center easily. We had an excellent stay!
