Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Blankenheim

We spent a few days at this wonderful place last week, and it was truly a dream. We were looking for peace and rest, and we found exactly that—and so much more. The atmosphere is calm and soothing, the surroundings are beautiful, and the space itself is incredibly comfortable and cozy. The view and the nature around us felt like a dream come true. We felt deeply connected to the environment, and even though the pictures are beautiful, they simply can’t capture the feeling of actually being there. It’s something you have to experience for yourself. The hosts were absolutely lovely—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth and stress-free, which made everything even more enjoyable. We’re extremely happy with our stay and would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommended if you need to recharge in a peaceful, welcoming environment!

The house itself, the location and the amenities are simply incredibly beautiful and excellent! The house is very comfortable, cozy and thought out to the smallest detail. The area also offers everything you need: small restaurants, bakery, supermarkets and interesting places to walk. Jutta and Paul are really involved hosts who always respond quickly and are very proactive. We hope to come back in the future, one of our best stays together with friends and there is everything for families, even with small children. I recommend this house to anyone who wants to spend time in peace in nature!

From the moment you drive through the gate, you will be surprised. What a beautiful location and what a wonderful stay. Upon arrival, everything is as described in the advertisement. It exceeded our expectations. Everything is sparkling clean, cozy, and a nice welcome at the bar. There is a very thick folder with excursions in the area and up to a radius of 100 km outside. There are hiking maps, hiking routes ready. You won't have a dull day browsing through this folder. For the internet enthusiasts. The WiFi is great, never falters and is fast, even with three users at the same time. Is there nothing wrong now??? No, everything is correct, and is as it is presented and so it should be. We enjoyed it here from the first minute to the last. Christian is a great host as well as his wife. Both do everything to make you feel at home and give you a relaxing holiday. Simply a top location with the most stars.

We were a group of 9 people. The first big plus was that we had a lot of space, both indoors and outdoors. In addition, we were able to share a 2nd refrigerator in an adjoining room, which made our life easy. The accommodation was clean, inviting and very cozy. The surroundings were fantastically beautiful and quiet. A highlight was one of the farm dogs, who regularly visited us. We met Hjerke on the first day and had a really nice conversation with her. If we needed something, Hjerke was quickly available and helped us. The communication was excellent before, during and after our visit. Thank you for the great time we had there. We will be happy to come back!

We loved our stay at Oak tree house. Very luxurious and only 15 minutes from the Nürburgring. Friendly and helpful hosts and locals are very friendly. Highly recommended 👍

What a beautiful location this is! We really enjoyed the tranquility and the beautiful view. The cottage is small, but basically has everything you need. The private access to the lake is great, you really have the feeling of being completely alone in nature. Fortunately, we did not experience others walking by. The separate bath/shower area was not a problem for us, it was actually nice to walk there every time. However, the cottage was indeed a bit dusty as a number of people mention, the cleaning may need some extra attention. On the other hand, it was very neatly cleaned up and generally neat! Fabian and his father are incredibly friendly hosts! Thank you for letting us stay in your cottage. We already miss the view and would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at David's studio. We stayed for 8 nights and didn’t miss a thing. The studio was even prettier in real life than in the pictures. We especially enjoyed the beautiful view, the private sauna, and the cosy café. Since the studio is located in a small mountain village, you do need to drive everywhere, but the upside is that you’re surrounded by peace and quiet.

We enjoyed our 2 nights stay here in this unique old house. Location was perfect and we walked everywhere in Monschau during our stay, and left the car parked in the private garage provided. The house is also fully equipped with everything you need. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Monschau.

Anyone who can enjoy this great place is lucky! So much attention to detail in every room is rare! Communication with Susanne and Achim also left no question unanswered and was very warm! From check-in to departure, EVERYTHING was just perfect! 1000 thanks - we felt completely comfortable!

There are several folders with suggestions for activities in the accommodation. In addition, Gaby has provided further information and made additional suggestions. We particularly liked the fact that you can hike directly from the accommodation (e.g. Struffeltrunde). Within walking distance of a supermarket and a few restaurants. Great garden.

We had a great stay, we visited the Nürburgring and the VulkanEifel both less than 20 minutes away by car. The nights were very, very quiet and relaxing in a cozy bed. We would recommend this Airbnb!

We were only there briefly and hardly on site during the day, but everything was great. Yvonne is very friendly, the accommodation was clean, quiet and idyllically located -> perfect for switching off. Pleasantly cool in hot weather, beautiful surroundings and a great pool to cool off.

We love it at the Oberprether Mühle and have recovered as well as always. The cabin is very lovingly and tastefully furnished and you have everything you need. The hosts are the favorite hosts you could ask for.

What a beautiful place! Super clean, light and peaceful. The hot tub was ready to go when we got there, and plenty of space for 3 people. Great parking as well, we had a car and trailer and could easily get in and out. Great hosts and will visit again.

Perfect place to stay in Cologne, very friendly and helpful hosts, Josef's son was in constant contact with us, as our check-in time was delayed due to problems with the trains. He proved to be a great help in getting around Cologne. I do really reccommend Josef's place. It's a 2min walk to the nearest train station to get to the center, or you can walk to the center in about 30min.Place was very clean and had a nice view of the garden. Lovely hosts in a lovely city. We rented Liesbeth's house with the idea of making it our "base camp" for 2-3 days of cycling in the East of Belgium. And in fact, we couldn't have chosen better: the house, the result of a very successful renovation, is extremely pleasant. It creates an atmosphere that is both modern and a little Scandinavian. It is bright, very well equipped and, for four, perfectly comfortable (two double bedrooms, each with their sink and shower). It has a splendid view, and the outdoor spaces are very pleasant. Finally, it is possible to store your bikes inside a small enclosed courtyard. Perfect! Beyond that, the house has a privileged location for lovers of hiking or - like us - bike rides. First, the Vennbahn is literally two pedal strokes away; but there are infinitely more possibilities, towards the Hautes-Fagnes, towards the lake of Butgenbach and the Eiffel or towards Malmédy or towards Amblève. A dream.

7 days of pure paradise! The quiet environment and the cozy house took us straight out of the everyday stress. The house is fully equipped. We were able to cook something every day, because there was everything from pans and pots to potato peeler and grater, just great! The area invites you to hike for hours. Our dog has also felt comfortable from the first day, especially in the garden :) We will definitely come again :)!
