Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Blue Mountain Beach

Aimee’s home has 5 stars for a good reason! From the minute we started to plan the trip to the time we left Aimee was extremely helpful! The home was so clean and in a quiet area. My kids loved swimming in the pool in the morning. If there were any questions or issues Aimee was so responsive and quick to help in whatever way she could. We loved how close it was to the beach. We were able to ride bikes to almost everywhere. The beach bungalow is in a great location. We would absolutely stay here again.

BEAUTIFUL home, Epihost was great to communicate and very helpful. The beach was a further walk than anticipated but not a problem for our adult family, the beach set up is wonderful! The wagon and beach towels were helpful on beach days. We enjoyed the use of the golf cart for dinners out locally. We had a great vacation and highly recommend. The home is spacious, clean and lovely, close to restaurants and ice cream, peaceful neighborhood.

We had a blast at Angie’s house. The property was beautiful and spacious and fit our family and group perfectly. The house is close to the beach (3 minute drive) and would recommend a golf cart or car to get there. Lots of dining options around. We enjoyed Santa Rosa Beach which is a little less crowded than other 30a beaches. I would recommend bringing a few extra necessities such as paper towels, trash bags etc as we ran out of the starter supply. Also, pool/beach towels as those weren’t provided. The pool and hot tub were very convenient and a great spot to relax after the beach. Overall it was a fantastic house and I’d recommend!

What a great stay! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed—and more! We loved relaxing in the hot tub after a day at the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked, the space was super clean, and the golf cart made getting around so easy (and fun!). They even had all the beach gear ready to go. We had such a great time—we’re already planning our next trip back!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property! The home was just as described and we felt right at home from the moment we got there. The communication throughout (from booking to checkout) was proactive and friendly, and we felt supported in our vacation, should we need anything. It felt like we had a dedicated host despite this property being a part of Southern Holiday Homes. We have stayed at SHH properties before and have always had good experiences, and this was no different! We appreciated that it was in the back of the neighborhood as it felt more private. The neighbors were friendly and we even met one set of homeowners at the pool and enjoyed speaking with them. We TRULY valued the LSV/golf cart, and took it to Real and Raw 30A (great organic coffee/food) and to the beach daily! We traveled on a holiday weekend so parking at the beach was a bit of a challenge, but we always found a tiny spot for the LSV. Thank you so much for a wonderful and comfortable stay!

We had a great stay at the surf shack! Very clean. Kids loved all the activities inside and out. Host was responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Our stay was amazing! The pool was a 10 out of 10 and well loved during our stay. The house was amazing and comfortable and offered our family the opportunity to spend some well needed quality time with one another. The house was also very nice and super clean.

If you’re considering this place, just go ahead and book it already. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was incredible. The hosts are extremely friendly and responsive, the location is great, extremely private but still in the middle of the action. Everything is exactly as it looks in the photos, and it’s complete with all the amenities you need to have an incredible stay. Even the boardwalk to the beach is actually 260 steps away from the front lawn like the sign say. Yes, I counted. We will definitely be back. Thank you Dana and Mario for making our trip extraordinary.

5 Stars! I had an absolutely amazing stay at Jessica’s condo! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt like a home away from home. The location was fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. Jessica was an incredible host—quick to respond to any questions and provided great local recommendations. The condo itself was equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect getaway. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning for future visits!

This was our first time at Sunbird condo and it was great! When we walked in the condo was in perfect condition, clean and smelled great. The view is absolutely stunning, you can see the beach for what seems like miles. The condo is fully stocked for your vacation with comfortable beds. Clay is a very proactive host and provided us with everything we needed for a great trip. I will stay here again anytime I can!

my husband and I spent a long weekend at Diana's Airbnb. the apartment was very cozy and clean. lots of outside space to sit, which unfortunately we didn't use as we were on the go. Diana was the perfect host, even provided baggetts for us one morning for breakfast. we would highly recommend her Airbnb for a couple or single person visiting the area. Charlene and Frost

The apartment was as described, with amazing views from the 18th floor balcony (which was mostly in the shade during the day). Beautiful white-sand beach. Warm seawater. Humid but reasonably temperate during the day due to the sea breeze. Next time we visit northern Florida we would definitely stay here again.

We loved our time at this condo! It was clean and spacious, and minutes away from the beach and fun night life.

Allen was quick to respond to questions! I was alone with my small dog and we loved it there!! It had everything we needed and some. Tons of things to do in the area and there were plenty towels and cookware available! I will definitely be returning with friends!! Thanks Allen!

A unique and lovely experience. Perfect for disconnecting and enjoying nature. The horses were the highlight — super friendly and curious, they would come up to us on their own just to be petted.

Most amazing place to stay with family. We had an incredible experience. The home was better than what we were expecting. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to book again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at the tree house. It’s a beautiful cabin, well furnished with large windows so you can see all the trees surrounding it. We saw a large owl almost daily. It’s a great location. A short drive to the beach and also several springs in the area. Definitely plan to come back.

There is way to many amazing things to say about Janet and her amazing home! She is truly a wonderful and kind hearted person. After we explained our situation to her she went out her way to make she The Red Cabin felt like home. The house was amazing it was so quiet and peaceful!!! It was a great escape!!! The wild blueberries weren't bad as well. Thank you again Janet for everything!!!

If I could give 10-stars I would! I am an airbnb host and can be quite critical on bookings I make. I read so much about Ms. Theresa and was a little hesitant because some reviews made it seem like privacy was an issue ...NOT AT ALL!! I can honestly say that SHE was a HUGE part as to why we enjoyed our stay so much and will ABSOLUTELY be back!! She made us feel at home, made sure we had everything we needed, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She even made my husband a homemade birthday cake! We shared so many laughs and stories together. It was peaceful, serene, and certainly private. The property was gorgeous, had breathtaking views, and so many wonderful things about it that pictures and description don't do a justice! We enjoyed cooking dinner on the outdoor kitchen area on the lake.. but laying down on a bed, under the cabana, watching a movie, next to the fire, on the lake, was THE best part..next to enjoying fresh eggs for breakfast our last morning!

Very nice and friendly host was there to help and had great communication. Noticed we had left some things behind and immediately notified us. Great stay.
