Welcome to your vacation! We have built our dream house with a lot of love for detail a few years ago and furnished it in such a way that our guests feel comfortable on vacation. The modern and individual architect's house with great lake views is located about 300m from the lake in a quiet new development, in 2nd row of a residential street. Great terraces with lake view and fireplace invite you to linger. In 2020 it was awarded 4 stars. The house can host up to 5 people.

Quiet cozy duplex apartment with large terrace and fantastic view of Lake Constance. The apartment is located in Bodman, about 30 minutes from Constance. In the village, there are various restaurants, a Penny and a small bakery. The living space is about 116 square meters, divided into kitchen, living area, bedroom, bathroom, toilet and a large terrace with stunning views over Lake Constance. Since we usually live in it ourselves, the apartment is very well equipped.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in der zweiten Seereihe mit herrlichem Blick auf den See und die Alpen. Nur wenige Schritte zum See. Zwei Kaminöfen sorgen für Gemütlichkeit in der kalten Jahreszeit. Die voll ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, Herd, Backofen und Kühl-/Gefrierschrank lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Elektroauto kann ebenfalls geladen werden. Vor dem Haus beginnt ein einmaliger Naturstrand der zum schlendern einlädt.

Historic farmhouse in a quiet location

The apartment has been newly built in an old farmhouse (anno 1833). During construction, care was taken to use as many natural building materials as possible (wood, clay, hemp). The partitions were designed as half-timbered walls. The living room forms a room with the kitchen. The apartment is about 60 m² and is barrier-free.
