The apartment is situated in Seelfingen, a small idyllic village, only 9 km away from the Lake Constance. It is an ideal region for a relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. The apartment has 56 m² and is situated on the first floor of a house. The apartment has one room, which is divided in sleeping area containing one double bed, sitting area with sofa and 2 armchairs and a fully equiped kitchen. The holiday apartment "Casa Ka Sol", located in Bodman-Ludwigshafen, was built in 2020 and offers an excellent view of the lake. The 50 m² accommodation consists of a living and dining room, a bedroom with a double bed, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, and oven. Underfloor heating and cooling as well as active ventilation ensure a pleasant indoor climate all year round.
