Wall tent, elegantly decorated, private bathhouse with tub, and outdoor shower. This is glamping at its finest. Please note tent is NOT in the “woods” it is in a mountain community with houses around, you will hear neighbor dogs and ducks🦆. The bathhouse is fully plumbed and the tent has a gas fireplace & electricity which would be hard to do in the “woods”. 😉 you will be pleasantly surprised. The fireplace keeps you cozy even in the winter months. Come camp ⛺️ all year for a new experience.

The garage can be used to store your bikes or ski's and parking available in front of house for vehicles. Walking out the front door is a beautiful view of Longs Peak and the Rocky Mountains. I have two "Scottish Fold" cats who live in my space so, if you have cat allergies this may not be the place for you.

Brand new studio apartment above our garage. Accessed by our red spiral stair, the apartment is bright, airy, and comfy. Lots of storage space in custom designed cabinetry. Full size double bed. Microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator. Bath has modern fixtures, vessel sink, and overhead rain shower. Access to our spacious back patio. Lot's of windows and light, but all are covered with translucent shades for privacy. Large ceiling fan, portable evaporative cooler available.

Spacious walkout basement of 850 square feet in a corner house with nice green area in the backyard. Nicely furnished and decorated 1 bedroom with closet, 1 bath, and large living area. It has 65'' TV, microwave, fridge, boiler, silverware, dishes, cups, iron, and clean sheets and towels. There is open space around the property and backyard with seats to enjoy a nice stay outside during summer. Please note, the house is made of wood, light noise may occur from footsteps or AC system.
