Apartment central located -2 min walk to the lake

It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

Experience pure relaxation in the "Rabennest-Gütl" in Bad Ischl in the Salzkammergut, the imperial city and European Capital of Culture 2024. The property extends over 3 hectares (Not fenced) in a secluded location, surrounded by picturesque forest. Our cottage was built in 1976 mainly from wood as a holiday home and has been family-owned ever since. Since August 2022, we have opened our doors to guests who want to enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of this unique setting.

Das ca. 38 m2 große Apartment befindet sich in unserem Einfamilienhaus, im ersten Obergeschoss. Es besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, TV, Schlafcouch, Balkon, Kleiderschrank, Küchenzeile, Essbereich, Garderobe und einem großen Bad mit Badewanne und WC. W-Lan, Parkplatz sowie die Nutzung des Skikellers, sind kostenlos. Wir als Deine Gastgeber wohnen im Erdgeschoss. Dein Eingang ist natürlich separat.

Appartement Zell am See, 100m from the lake (beach)

Our apartment for 2-3 persons overlooking the Kitzsteinhorn is located in a quiet location, 100 m from Lake Zell with private plot. The apartment consists of a room, hallway and bathroom with bathtub. The living room is also used as a bedroom. There is a comfortable sofa with armchair and a double bed. The separate kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment also includes a large balcony with a beautiful view.

Double room with balcony on the farm, breakfast

The approx. 20 m² double room with balcony is located in Gasthof Pesbichl, where you can also have breakfast and dinner (half-board) and the reception is located. It is made up of a bedroom with large double bed, single bed and sofa bed and private bathroom. Wifi, terrace and parking are free. The room is furnished with solid wood furniture. A kettle with homemade tea blends is available in each room.

Forget your worries in this spacious and quiet space. In winter a magnificent idyll, in summer just a few steps from Lake Böndl... Admission to the lake swimming pool is free for our guests! We deliberately waive a TV - with us you have the chance to get closer again with game evenings, walks or cozy evenings with a glass of wine...

Apartment 'Penthouse Waterside' is located on the sunny side of the lake in Thumersbach with a view of the Schmittenhöhe, Lake Zell and the Pinzgau mountains. Modernly equipped, with east and south balcony, ski/bike room, infrared cabin. Great location directly on the lake, a few minutes' walk to the beach and supermarket.
