Holiday houses in Çalış Beach

We normally stay at jiva beach around the corner but as there was 6 of us it was a lot cheaper to rent the villa Within walking distance of great bars and restaurant and a supermarket around the corner Great host and property and met us with keys at 1am Highly recommended would use again 100 percent

Suprerb villa in Fethiye within a short drive to Calis beach area. The area is quiet and good for evening walks. The villa itself is surrounded by a large garden with fruit trees (yummy pomegranats), lovely outdoor pool that gets plenty of sun all day. We stayed in Oct so getting cooler, but the pool was still swimmable, refreshing. Inside the villa was well laid out and as we were on a working holiday, the Internet connectivity was very good, with only a few times it was a touch slower. Super clean and comfy for a family of 5. Host was excellent, always available and made stay easy and welcoming. We would recommend. Thank you to Anil and family for a great break.

It was absolutely sparkling and tidy, the host was very positive and caring, even the towels were soft, the site was very safe, the pool was sparkling, even the toilet paper in the house was of very high quality, air conditioning was installed in every room, everything was available in the house, first of all, I congratulate the lady who cleaned it and then the host who works with such people, I wish those who use such houses were as thoughtful as they are. We are very pleased and happy, we have another home that we will always prefer. 🙏🧿

It is a clean, elite, safe and very comfortable facility. It was by the sea, there were no cars passing by, the variety of restaurants and places around it, everything was very good.

Mr. Bahri has been in contact with us since the moment we got off the bus. He was very supportive of us, gave us ideas about places to visit. The house was also very nice, the pool was very clean. Everything was as described. Mr. Fahri always kept in touch with us as long as we stayed. There was a minibus stop within a 10-minute walking distance, and you could easily go anywhere by minibus.

The space is gorgeous. Great, quiet location. The whole complex is super well maintained, very clean and the kitchen is well equipped with really everything you need for cooking. The garden with play equipment for the children, the fantastic pool and jacuzzi as well as barbecue and many different seating options leave nothing to be desired. The hosts were always available and very friendly. I even got a surprise cake for my birthday 😍 We loved our stay and would definitely come back again

The property is nothing short of amazing. Altuğ and Cetin were excellent hosts from the moment we booked the villa, their communication was on point. They offered an airport transfer but we decided to rent a vehicle. We were able to meet at the gate of the property, very easy to find. If you are looking to get away and detach, this spot is absolutely perfect, but no more than 15-20 minutes away from being back in Ölüdeniz Beach. Despite being in a canyon, the Wi-Fi worked consistently when we needed it, but I would not recommend this location for a digital nomad. Stay here to put your electronics away and enjoy the peace and solitude. With that being said, the smart tv downstairs worked excellent for a movie night. The pool was pristine, and at night was stunning with all the lighting around the trees and other plants. There are some local dogs and cats (and a cockatiel) around the property that are some of the sweetest animals ever. Wish I was still there!!

Brilliant place and location was super. Walking distance to everything and regular buses directly into fethiye centre but shops and restaurants were basically on our doorstep. Place was spotless. A little difficult to find as looks like it’s an abandoned area almost but once inside the gate everything was perfect. One or two things could have been better - very little basic stuff that you would assume would be there such as toilet paper, were not supplied. It was no issue. Also we turned the motor off for the pool as being April the weather was nice but not hot so the pool felt freezing with new water keep regenerating. Instead of communicating with us that we shouldn’t do such and ask to turn it back on, we woke up to it being on and a hose being pulled around and a rake etc. I have no issues with this but I personally think communication would have been better and if we had kids up early, a random man in the garden might have scared them. Overall, regardless very good though
