Apartment holiday rentals in Çalış Beach

Spotlessly clean apartment, perfect for the 2 of us, a car is useful. The pool was lovely, cleaned regularly. Host met us, there was no need to contact him again until checkout as everything perfect, comfy bed, plenty of hot water, I worked and internet was super. It was so peaceful in the evenings to use the bbq and relax. We stayed for 10 days and wished we had booked longer .

The apartment was located close to supermarkets, local shops and restaurants. The walk to the beach was approx. 20 - 25 mins. The apartment was comfortable and spacious. It had a good sized lounge, dining area and kitchen with cooking equipment. We were able to use the balcony for breakfast and sitting out in the early evenings. A good sized bedroom with comfortable bed. The whole apartment provided a good amount of natural light, which we enjoy.

Mr. Muhammet is a friendly , careful and caring host in details. The cleanliness and usefulness of the house was extremely good. We stayed for 4 nights and were very satisfied. We reached anywhere we wanted with smell. There was plenty of parking and this was an important comfort for Fethiye. We plan to come back...

Safa's apartment was an amazing choice. Located in a very nice central Fethiye but also in a reaidential private area. Lots of restaurants, shops, banks and a huge shipping mall 10 min walking distance from the house. Safa was an extremely kind and helpful host. I got great recommendations for any local place and also advised a lot with the public transport. Always asked if I needed anything, very thoughtful. He also waited for me until late evening and picked me up I'm person from the Fethiye bus station. The apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable and peaceful. I've had a great night sleep. Everything was within a walking distance. I highly recommend to stay at Safa's.

The appartment is a short walk to local shopping mall and bus station, you can get anywhere from there. you can as well take a long walk to the seashore (around 20 minutes). the apt itself is superclean, quite spacious and looked after. the hosts are supernice people, they are always there for you but only if needed , which is the best! thanks for our wonderful stay! highly recommended!

Ms. Çisem is a very caring host. They immediately returned to our needs and phones. It was also nice to ask about the deficiencies we saw in the house when we finished. The location of the house is very nice. It is close to the bazaar and the beaches. The house is very sheltered. The house is missing breakfast knives, dessert spoons,indoor breakfast and small breakfast plates. It is also nice to have all kinds of grocery stores very close to the house.

The location is excellent. The house is clean, and I really like the backyard, which is accessible from the kitchen.

Staying at Multu's house was an absolute pleasure. It’s the perfect place to recharge, offering a peaceful atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. The location is incredibly serene, with breathtaking views of Babadag. Hope I will back once again!

No parking problems, the view is magnificent. A pet-friendly and clean house. We were able to access everything we needed. Hope to see you next year 😊

5 minute walk to town and marina. Excellent location. On a hill so need to able to cope with steep gradient. Always got parking close by. Lovely spacious apartment with nice TV. Kitchen well equipped. Overall enjoyed our time here and would use again.

I want to thank Samet for a wonderful place that fully corresponds to the description and photos, I felt at home ! Finding a place was easy, the apartment is very spacious and bright, perfectly clean. The location is very convenient, there are many different shops and cafes near the house, it takes 5 minutes to walk to the sea. Samet always answered my questions very quickly and helped if I needed help, thank you so much. I would definitely recommend this place, would definitely come back !

Clean and interesting interior. The flat was good and it was warm in where. Ugur was friendly and answered all our questions. It can be noisy on night until 1 am because a bar located across of a road. But, it was good seating on the balcony with the beer and listening to the music from the bar. Probably, not ideal for travelers with a small baby. Calic beach is 3 minutes walking, but we were prefer go to Oludeniz

We loved our stay at Öznur’s place in Fethiye! It was even more spacious than we anticipated and was the perfect location for the 3 of us. He greeted us on arrival and was very responsive to questions. There are tons of great coffee shops and restaurants within a few min walk. The sea is a few minutes away and a great spot for watching the sunset (we did every night). The beach is about 3km down the road and easily accesible by bus. Thanks again!

We had a fantastic month-long stay at this beautiful place. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, featuring a lovely jacuzzi upstairs. All rooms are air-conditioned, which adds to the comfort. The location is excellent: just a 6-7 minute walk to the big park and about 15 minutes to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it very convenient. The only thing we missed was a microwave, as we’re used to having one. However, Furkan was incredibly helpful and always available whenever we needed assistance. Highly recommend!

First of all, I wish everyone a good holiday. Before renting this apartment, please ask the owner Mr. Ömer whether the permanent tenant upstairs has moved out. Because the tenant lives upstairs and is very disrespectful and characterless towards the daily guests. Probably due to a friction between him and Mr. Ömer, he does not want Mr. Ömer to do business. Because until we entered the house, there was no sound or noise in the house until Mr. Ömer came and gave us the key to the house. I was tired after a 10-hour drive and wanted to get some rest, but the characterless person sitting upstairs started cutting tiles with a grinding machine. Although we warned him, he didn't care and said, "You should have asked before you came." We conveyed the situation to Mr. Ömer and he took care of it. The police came and gave a warning, but this time he sprayed the dust from the tiles into the pool. The next day, the characterless person started cleaning the house at 5 in the morning. If Mr. Ömer wants to earn money, he needs to evict the tenant. For your information

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was extremely helpful and always replied quickly to any questions we had, which made everything super easy and stress-free. He helped with us out with car rental, airport transfer, new gas for the kitchen, etc. The location was perfect, close to everything yet quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again. It was a very decent and beautiful place to stay. Thanks to Mr. Mert, he helped us a lot with our problems. Although we called him at 11 pm on a holiday, he was with us half an hour later and helped us. We were very pleased with him and his house. The location of the house is close to everywhere and there is no problem in terms of market and restaurant around it, it had a sufficient number of facilities. A place you'll want to stay over and over again...
