The outdoor area also has covered porches with 2 separate areas with dining-room and a lovely lounge and an outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Our comfortable apartment with a private beach on Fethiye Çalış Beach, located right by the sea, accommodates up to 4 people. You can enjoy the sunset on its large balcony with a view of the pool, and you can reach the beach in just a few steps. Our apartment has air conditioning, high-speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and all the items you need. Our villa is located in the most elite district of Fethiye and is very close to the center, the sea, entertainment, parks and sports areas, and is very close to pharmacies, hospitals, supermarkets and restaurants. Our villa, which has three suite rooms, has a Turkish bath, sauna and a double Jacuzzi in both rooms. In monthly rentals, water, electricity, internet and weekly cleaning are the responsibility of the tenant. Security deposit is $700 The pools are closed from November 1 to April 30 due to weather conditions.
