The outdoor area also has covered porches with 2 separate areas with dining-room and a lovely lounge and an outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Our comfortable apartment with a private beach on Fethiye Çalış Beach, located right by the sea, accommodates up to 4 people. You can enjoy the sunset on its large balcony with a view of the pool, and you can reach the beach in just a few steps. Our apartment has air conditioning, high-speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and all the items you need. There is a parking lot on the property, and it offers a peaceful and safe vacation environment. NOTE: Apart from this house, I have another house of the same type in the same location. In monthly rentals, water, electricity, internet and weekly cleaning are the responsibility of the tenant. Security deposit is $700 The pools are closed from November 1 to April 30 due to weather conditions.
