Yılmaz Bey is extremely accommodating and friendly. Solved problems right away. The space is always clean, modern and practical. The surroundings are definitely bad without a vehicle to get to the sea or do other activities. We had a car and got everywhere great. I personally recommend the place. We loved our stay here. The host was always very quick to reply and answer any questions. Gizem was also flexible with check in even with unexpected flight delays which was so helpful and made it stress- free. The villa is beautiful and exactly like the photos, it was perfect for our family holiday. Every room was so clean and modern with everything we needed. There’s several good restaurants nearby where you can watch sunset from and only about a 30 min walk to the main town. Would definitely recommend.

Mr. Onur was very helpful from the moment we checked into the house. The house was available so it allowed us to check in early. It was also as stretching as possible for checkout. We were able to reach them quickly when we needed them and they provided very quick support. Thank you😊 The house is very beautiful and very pleasant. The location of the house is in the city, but it feels like out of the city because it's in a whole lot of land. 5-10 minutes by car to everywhere. We were able to easily go to all the bays. When we wanted to stay in the house, the garden, pool and the amenities of the house felt very comfortable. It's a completely private space that's not visible from the outside. The stars look perfect at night. We were incredibly satisfied with our 5 night stay in this house. If you're among the different options, you can choose without a second thought.

We stayed 4 nights in a stone villa. As someone who has spent many holidays in villas, it is in the first place for us. Although we went early, a lady greeted us, she was Mr. Sinan's sister, she said the house was ready, we were very happy, we had a long way to go and we had a baby, it felt very happy not to have to wait for the house. She asked if we would like to have coffee, if we had any questions, she even told us the things I forgot to ask, she gave us information about the beaches we would go to or for food, she told us everything. As soon as I saw the house, I was fascinated, it was much more beautiful than the photos. You will fall in love with this beautiful house. All the details are so well thought out. Kitchenware is clean and everything is thought out. You can stay for a long time as if you were at home, because believe me, everything is there, as if there is an active life, as if a woman's hand touched it. There are enough towels. The garden, the water, the location, everything is very nice. We will choose it again because we couldn't get enough. They thought of everything for our baby. We thank Mr. Sinan for offering us such a beauty. I wish I could write more :)

Absolutely beautiful place, it looked even better when arriving at the place. Good location, and the host was amazing and very responsive in communication. Any thing I needed to ask, he replied straight away. No problems with our stay. We both loved our time there. Would stay again

Mr. Cenk and his wife, Ms. Müge, were very caring, polite hosts. The house was very tastefully furnished, all the needs were considered and immaculate. The pool and garden were cleaned every morning by Mr. Cenk. The location of the house is great, there is a grocery store and greengrocer right across. There's a place to eat and breakfast next door. Fethiye center takes 20 minutes by car. They told us nicely about the places to visit and swim in the sea. We had a great seven days. Thanks for everything.

Ayse is a very welcoming, friendly nice lady who welcomed us warmly and also spent an afternoon with us to visit several attractions in Fethiye, it was so nice!The house is big and clean, it is more than enough for us to stay, the pool can be used, the lemons from the trees can be picked, and also recommended a very affordable Turkish restaurant, everything was perfect.I will recommend my friends to stay here.

We had an amazing stay at Mustafa’s villa in Fethiye! The house was spotless, everything was exceptionally clean and well, maintained. It was incredibly spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time. The backyard was absolutely beautiful, perfect for enjoying the sunshine or having a quiet evening outdoors. The entire property was very private, fully fenced and gated , even the car had its own secure spot, which gave us great peace of mind. The beds were super comfortable, making every night restful. Mustafa was a fantastic host, very friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were extra responsive and attentive. Will stay here again and recommend to our family and friends. There is a mini-Migros within walking distance which is a huge plus. The pool was spotless and allowed us to stay at home during the high heat and relax. The washing machine was nice to have. Each bedroom and living room had super cold.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. We were particularly impressed by the impeccable cleanliness – everything was sparkling clean, well-maintained and lovingly prepared. You feel immediately welcome and comfortable. The villa is not only tastefully furnished, but also ideally located: the beach is only a few minutes away, which is especially convenient for relaxing days by the sea. At the same time, the city is also within easy reach - ideal if you want to take a stroll, go out for a meal or go shopping. Another highlight was the private pool: clean, pleasantly tempered and perfect for cooling off and relaxing – a real plus! The combination of tranquility, comfort, proximity to the beach and proximity to the city makes this accommodation truly special. We can recommend it without restrictions and will be happy to come back!

The apartment was large, with a lovely and peaceful balcony that had a good view. The location was safe, quiet, and fairly close to the sea. Fatih was also a warm, genuine person who made us feel at home. If u return to the city, I would absolutely stay here again.

It’s a very clean house in a good location. The host is very accommodating and explaining how the laundry machine worked. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and pans and anything else you might need.

Start off by saying we're quite likely to return, just because of the amenities in the villa rather than the location or part of Turkey itself. Everything thought of, from clothes drying rack, toddler play pen/cot, swing-sofa to relax on and put the toddler to sleep without rocking. Great pool, including 30cm deep section for the younger kids to learn in safely. Property fully covered for privacy. Villa looked after well and looks exactly like photos. Communication good. Couple of issues resolved/solutions noted. I would note it would be advisable to have a car, for the first three nights we did not and managed to go to everywhere walkable with children but after that, a car was helpful to see other local towns

Everything was great!

I went to Mr. Ufuk's house with my group of friends. Mr. Ufuk was really helpful in communication. I contacted him regardless of the time difference. The house was very clean, very handy. The garden, the pool, the seating area, the barbecue, everything was great. We were very pleased. You can choose with peace of mind. The location of the house is a little higher, you definitely need to have a car. It is 30 minutes from the sea and Fethiye bazaar, but it is a quiet place to rest your head. If you come to Fethiye, this should definitely be one of your choices. I would like to thank Mr. Ufuk for everything.

Mrs. Şermin was very interested throughout the process and answered all our questions. As you can see in the photos of the house, each room has a bathroom, which is quite advantageous if you are coming in a large group. We cooked at home, kitchen utensils are sufficient, you can also barbecue in the garden. Transportation by car is easier. The location of the house is very good, very close to the sea and markets. If you are only coming on the holiday, there is a lot of traffic for the sea, so make sure to leave the house early. We came as 8 people and a child, we had a very pleasant time at home, it is suitable for families and large groups of friends.

The house was clean and the welcome was very warm. We had a very nice location and we could easily get around by car. The house was quite large, and so was the pool. The kitchen has all the necessary items, and in general, they provided a smooth experience for a short holiday. We plan to go again in a short time🌸

Beautiful place. Very well designed, with a lot of attention to detail. Definitely worth the money, especially for more than two people. Taner was responsive to questions and requests. We had hoped to use the inside pool, but it would have cost us an extra $50 a day to heat it. There is a 2-person jacuzzi upstairs, but it was not functional. I did not bother to ask Taner if there was a way to get it working. We would have strongly prefered to have 2 keys, not one. We had to be very careful that we didn't lock ourselves out. The key cannot be detached from the fob that operates the electricity, and so we always needed to remember to pocket the key and fob as we left the house. In any case, this is an excellent choice for the Fethiye area.

The villa was great, it had all the basic necessities you could need. The privacy was perfect. Sinan was a great host, he made sure that we had everything we could need and the villa was spotless when we arrived.

Loved every minute in this villa! Very modern, clean place with a gorgeous pool and luxurious hot tub to relax in after a day of exploring! Can’t fault our stay, a very smooth check in, even though we arrived very late, we weren’t made to feel bad and welcomed/greeted at the villa to be shown around… Town is a short taxi drive away but it is walkable… Ferhat was always contactable if needed and took us in his taxi anywhere we needed which was really nice, as all we needed to do was message him and he came almost straight away! Overall a lovely holiday! Thank you!

I had a great time in Fethiye and coming back to a beautiful villa was the icing on top. All the rooms were very clean and the bathrooms were spotless. The AC and showers worked perfectly and the kitchen was well kept. The host was very responsive and also gave me great recommendations to go out to eat and activities to do around the area. I will definitely be booking again sometime in the future.

Great accommodation. Some small things, such as the laundry rack, could possibly be exchanged but overall great. We even got an individual fire brigade cake for our son's birthday, which was simply great. Highly recommended overall
