All kitchen utensils are available. There is a covered free parking lot. It is only 8-10 minutes by car to Fethiye city center, Çalış beach, and Kordon. Grocery stores and a bus stop are within walking distance. The garden and the house are for the exclusive use of our guests. There is a seating area for 6 people on the terrace and a seating area for 8 people in the garden, as well as a barbecue.

The pool and garden are shared by only two villas. 2 bathrooms 2 toilets 2 floors, max 6 people 5-minute walk to Çalış beach 3-minute walk to the coastal esplanade, supermarket right next to it 10-minute walk to restaurants, bars, fruit and vegetable market. We cannot accept guests who are all male.
