Our comfortable apartment, located on the seafront at Fethiye Çalış Beach, accommodates up to 4 people. You can enjoy the sunset on its large balcony with a pool view, and you can reach the beach in just a few steps. It offers a pleasant holiday with private beach access, 7 swimming pools, a large terrace, a balcony with pool view and a BBQ area. All necessities are available, including 3 air conditioners, Wi-Fi (fiber internet), TV, laundry machine and dishwasher. The restaurant, cafe, grocery store, and spa are located within the complex.

A 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom holiday villa with a capacity of 6 people, located in the Akarca neighborhood of Fethiye Center, with a private pool. It is located 2 km from ÇALIŞ beach and 18 km from ÖLÜDENİZ Beach. It is 100 meters from corporate markets and 300 meters from restaurants and cafes. All kinds of transportation vehicles (minibuses, taxis, etc.) pass in front of our villa. It is a location where you can spend time with your family and have fun. Our villa is built in 2024 and complies with all zoning and EARTHQUAKE REGULATIONS.
