Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Çalış Beach

Mr. Cihan was interested and devoted to the exit from his entrance, he responded quickly when we needed it, we were able to communicate very comfortably with him. There was everything that could be needed in the house, we stayed with 10 people, he can meet all the needs of 10 people. We had a pleasant time. Thank you to him and his team.

The villa was great, it had all the basic necessities you could need. The privacy was perfect. Sinan was a great host, he made sure that we had everything we could need and the villa was spotless when we arrived.

We had an amazing time at Furkans place. Exceeded expectations and was even nicer in person. Thanks so much for everything, including late checkout and local recommendations 😀

Ayse is a very welcoming, friendly nice lady who welcomed us warmly and also spent an afternoon with us to visit several attractions in Fethiye, it was so nice!The house is big and clean, it is more than enough for us to stay, the pool can be used, the lemons from the trees can be picked, and also recommended a very affordable Turkish restaurant, everything was perfect.I will recommend my friends to stay here.

The apartment was large, with a lovely and peaceful balcony that had a good view. The location was safe, quiet, and fairly close to the sea. Fatih was also a warm, genuine person who made us feel at home. If u return to the city, I would absolutely stay here again.

Start off by saying we're quite likely to return, just because of the amenities in the villa rather than the location or part of Turkey itself. Everything thought of, from clothes drying rack, toddler play pen/cot, swing-sofa to relax on and put the toddler to sleep without rocking. Great pool, including 30cm deep section for the younger kids to learn in safely. Property fully covered for privacy. Villa looked after well and looks exactly like photos. Communication good. Couple of issues resolved/solutions noted. I would note it would be advisable to have a car, for the first three nights we did not and managed to go to everywhere walkable with children but after that, a car was helpful to see other local towns

The stay we made in March 2025 as a family was very peaceful. The garden forehead and the tiny park put in our baby were very enjoyable. We would like to thank Ms. Aybüke and Mr. Turgay for their hospitality. Since the weather was bad, the extra helpfulness they offered was also very valuable to us. A place you can definitely choose for stays with family

Ali's place was very spacious and had a well equipped kitchen. Hot water is on solar power. the location is easy to get to the dolmus to get to town or the beach.

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

Best accommodation I’ve stayed in Turkey! Amazing location to walk everywhere and shop and restaurants. Ayşe is the most amazing host and makes the most amazing coffee in her shop at the bottom of the accommodation. I would recommend this place for younger people looking to party and not worry about sleep as there is a lot of noise coming from the street and alley way, it was a struggle to sleep and the noise continues until 4am. Besides the outside noise, everything is perfect!

Safa's apartment was an amazing choice. Located in a very nice central Fethiye but also in a reaidential private area. Lots of restaurants, shops, banks and a huge shipping mall 10 min walking distance from the house. Safa was an extremely kind and helpful host. I got great recommendations for any local place and also advised a lot with the public transport. Always asked if I needed anything, very thoughtful. He also waited for me until late evening and picked me up I'm person from the Fethiye bus station. The apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable and peaceful. I've had a great night sleep. Everything was within a walking distance. I highly recommend to stay at Safa's.

Everything in the house was brand new and clean. Ms. Tuğba responded quickly and everything we needed was available at home. Although the vehicle sounds were heard a lot because it was just a roadside, it was a pleasant stay.

Mr. Aydın welcomed us with a smile. Her place was spacious and comfortable enough. The sheets and covers were very clean. Since we were a little cold in the evening, we asked for a thick blanket and he provided it immediately, thanks to him. She offered us their homemade olive oil, we loved it. Large families can stay comfortably, we stayed for a short time, but for those who stay for a long time, the house also has a beautiful garden, and it can be very nice to spend time there. The location of the house is really nice for a lot of things you can look for on vacation. Whether you spend time at home or have fun outside, both are seriously satisfying. The host, Mr. Mehmet Selim, helped us a lot in providing information and assistance regarding the house and the surrounding activities. Fethiye left a beautiful place in our hearts. We had a great stay. The house was in the same photos. Bathroom, kitchen, kitchen items, beds, towels were spotless. We felt like we were at home. The pool was quite large and cleaned every day. We felt very comfortable in terms of privacy. The garden was very pleasant. Mr. Kerem welcomed us very warmly and helped with everything. It's a perfect house, Mr. Birol helped us a lot, thanks to us, we stayed with 5 people, we were very comfortable, the house was immaculately clean, you can rent everything with peace of mind.

Absolutely brilliant place. Saban was always available and helped our group immensely. There were 6 people in our group and we all agreed that it was a perfect place for a relaxing holiday. The pool and it's sitting and sunbathing areas are fantastic and plenty of sunbeds and chairs. It was a short taxi ride to the shops, restaurants and bars.

Arifé has an amazing villa that exceeded our expectations. And the host himself is very responsive and did his best to make our stay the best. Most of all filled a huge pool with clean water, deep, we spent there all the time. Nice grill area that can accommodate the whole group. Each room has its own private bathroom, we were a group of 8 people and everyone felt super comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need and 2 large refrigerators accommodated groceries for 3 days. The villa itself is a little away from the city, surrounded by greenery, there are no neighbors, so we were completely alone and could relax without disturbing anyone. At the same time, you could walk to the nearest store (20 min) or drive (7 min). The house has good soundproofing: you could sleep while the music was playing in the yard. I'd love to come back again!
