Beautiful slice of heaven. Soak in the sounds and smells of the ocean while relaxing in the sun at this awesome house. Couldn’t ask for a better location. If you are looking for some peaceful serenity near all kinds of beautiful nature than this is your spot!

Everything about this place worked for our family. The layout of the house, the location, the cleanliness and the responsiveness of the host. All around amazing stay!

Team Central Coast was great and the home was exactly what we had expected! Overall, was a wonderful trip and we highly recommend staying at this home- the views were oustanding and the home had everything we needed (and then some)! My only (slight) complaint was that the required in-person check-in process was a bit stressful as we were traveling from Arizona over two days, so it was a little nerve-racking knowing someone was waiting on us to arrive by a certain time. We also encountered an unexpected storm once we hit SLO, so that slowed things down even more and made arriving on time even more stressful. The norm anymore has been no-contact check-in, so it was a little surprising to know we needed to meet with someone at check-in, but definitely not a game-changer, just a little different than what we are used to nowadays when using AirBnB.

Great vacation house to stay at. Walking distance to the dunes. The House was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Everyone had a blast!

We stayed for a long weekend. The house is as described and in the perfect location, right on the beach. Beautiful view of the pier and Morro Rock. Beds were comfortable, place was very clean throughout, kitchen had all the basic items that one would need. Will stay here again!

Really cute place. Great little bar next door. Cute shops and restaurants all around. Alive shops closed or close super early only bummer. Beach in walking distance. Loved the stay and rooms. Really need an extra bathroom closer to the two bedrooms. It’s down the hall and really small. Other than that perfect stay for 6 adults and kids.

We had a wonderful stay at David’s beach house in Oceano Dunes! I brought my mother to celebrate her birthday, along with my toddler daughter, and it was such a special getaway for all of us. The house was lovely—clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Best of all, it was literally on the beach, with the patio opening right onto the sand. The upstairs balcony had an amazing view of the ocean, the beach, and all the activity—it was the perfect spot to relax and take it all in. It was a little windy during our stay, but it didn’t stop us from having a great time. David was a fantastic host—responsive and easy to communicate with. We’d absolutely come back again!

We loved our short stay here last year so we planned another trip this year! The location is beautiful, serene, and quiet. The house is clean, spacious, comfortable, and the views are amazing. We enjoyed the local farmers markets, great trails, daily walks on the beach, and easy access to towns along HWY 1. This is truly a special place we hope to return to again.

Great little location, very clean and convenient. It’s not too far from the shore. Bed was comfortable :) and we fell asleep quickly!

We love staying here. LaRonda is such a great host who is very easy to communicate with. This house is perfect for a family of 5 with enough space for everyone. The house is well maintained, inviting and feels like home. I would recommend anyone who plans on visiting Morro Bay to stay at this location.

Jim’s and Peggy’s place was the perfect place for our family to stay. We were in town for a baseball tournament but wanted the comfort of a home. This place was perfect. I enjoyed riding the bikes provided. Kitchen was great, newly remodeled and well stocked with appliances etc. Wish we could have stayed longer! Next time!

Great spot! We were so busy with a memorial of a loved one that we weren’t there much but it had everything we needed. Great location and close to everything.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was ideal—perfectly situated for our family traveling in from Northern California, Southern California, and the Central Valley. It served as a true midpoint, making it easy for everyone to gather without anyone feeling like they had the long haul. The home itself was clean, comfortable, with an extremely well-stocked kitchen, with thoughtful touches that made it feel welcoming. What really stood out, though, was the host—extremely responsive, supportive, and clearly invested in making sure we had a smooth, memorable experience. Highly recommend this spot for any group looking for a central and relaxing beach getaway!

Wow! What an amazing clean cozy place located close to the beach and great food! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Comfortable bed, cozy fire pit and great location. Our hosts were aware that we were bringing our two toddlers and they left sand buckets and snacks on the table for us upon our arrival. Such a fun surprise! We felt right at home and hope to come back to Grover Beach soon and stay here again! If you’re not staying here you’re missing out!
