House on the lake (4/4), summer dream with enjoyment & nature

The house on the lake, my personal dream. But too big to use it alone. Away from mass tourism in the middle of the mountains, directly on the lake in the middle of forests. In and around the house everything is very generous for people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to barbecue/fire places, sauna, our own jetty, beanbags and garden swings, rowing boat, SUP and garden hut ("Villa Seen-Sucht"), our guests can use everything...so it's more fun for all of us. A special place!

Secret Mountain Apartment 104 (4p) - Weissensee

Nice and quiet guesthouse located on the top of the mountain with beautiful sunsets and the view of the lake in the distance. We are at the end of a 2km private road that brings you up the mountain and in to the property. The property consists of 3 buildings; the owners house, the farm and of course our Secret Mountain Guesthouse. We have 11 rooms for rent all with their recently renovated private bathrooms and most of them with a private kitchen. Great hikes and bike rides all around.

Time out at the estate for romantics and those seeking relaxation. The holiday apartment for up to 6 people is located in the estate castle, which is in the Lavanttal between Bad St. Leonhard and Reichenfels. The wonderful property is located on a slightly elevated spot above the valley and offers an incomparable ambience. The castle is surrounded by romantic natural ponds and orchards. At „Gut Schloss Lichtengraben“ you will find a fisch shop and the "Fischeria" - open every Friday.

Our cozy old vacation home is built on a rock, right on the shore of Lake Hirzmann. It is one of the few houses in the valley – lively during the day in summer and quiet at night – an ideal starting point for hikes (e.g., the West Styrian Way of St. James) or activities in Graz or Köflach. Located in the immediate vicinity of ThermeNova and the Piber stud farm, it is only an hour's drive from the Red Bull Ring. Or simply your place to relax with your own bathing jetty.

Our holiday apartment, renovated in 2023, is ideal for couples and families with two children. It is located in a quiet apartment complex in Sattendorf. The complex has its own private lake access with a spacious sunbathing area, changing rooms, showers, and toilets. A two-person paddleboat is available for guests' use. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining area with a balcony, a bedroom (sleeps four), a foyer, and a bathroom with a shower.

Our exclusive, well-kept villa is located directly on the lake! Through the large garden you reach the beach and jetty. The studio apartment is comfortably furnished. Via the newly adapted kitchen you come to your lake-side balcony. Free Wi-Fi and comfortable organic beds are also available. Unfortunately, the bathroom is very small. It still offers more than enough space for daily use. Parking is available in our shady parking lot right in front of the house.

Modern and close to nature with stunning lake views and 300 meters from the lake. In the summer of 2018, the comfortably furnished apartment was completed. It is a separate residential unit within our house. Children are welcome, pets and smokers are not – smoking is possible on the 11 m² terrace. The bright apartment is on the ground floor and suitable for 2 people.
