Our guest room has a balcony and private bathroom with toilet and shower. Families with children are especially welcome. Toddlers until 3 years old sleep free in the parents' room, older children sleep free in the parents' room or in the 2nd guest room. In the large fenced garden there is a lot to discover in addition to a sandbox, playhouse or trampoline. Our ponies are looking forward to little riders. If necessary, childcare is possible.

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. The sun room of our breakfast room has a great terrace with lake view. In high season, the grocery stores are also open on Sundays. Various restaurants and many attractive offers such as climbing, mini golf, water skiing, hiking, swimming, etc. are nearby. The lake is a 5-minute walk and the next largest city of Villach or Feldkirchen can be reached by car in about 13-15 minutes.

The Classic Double Room is located in Hotel Lindenhof, a charming villa built in 1928. The hotel is situated right across from the ski slope, with views of the Stubnerkogel cable car and the ski area from the balcony. The Felsentherme spa is just 300 m away, and the train station only 350 m. Please note: a tourist tax of €4.80 per adult, per day is mandatory and must be paid in cash upon arrival or departure.

Our 100-year-old inn near the church of St. Lorenzen is one of the last original farmhouses in Carinthia. Cozy rooms are available and good food without any chemistry is important to us. The rooms are simple and some are a bit improvised but very cozy. We also have a heart for animals. Everyone is welcome

Staying at our organic farm

Spend pleasant days at our organic farm in "gemütlicher Atmosphäre". Many of our guests visit us because they like hiking, or they have children who want to see animals and our farm. Lakes for summer activities (oder skating in winter) and skiing resorts are not far. All guest rooms have balcony.
