Zu Ehren unserer Mutter Margarethe, die das Gästehaus viele Jahre mit Herz und Hingabe geführt und geliebt hat, öffnete das Haus im Sommer 2019 erneut seine Türen. Unsere 5 Doppelzimmer wurden zu farbenfrohen Themenzimmern umgestaltet. Ein Teil der Möbel wurde bewahrt und harmonisch angepasst, ergänzt durch sorgfältig ausgewählte Accessoires. So verbindet jedes Zimmer Gemütlichkeit, Stil und Persönlichkeit – ein Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen des besonderen Flairs am Wörthersee.

Crunchy cottage near the lake - a year-round paradise

You rent a small but charming detached house with balcony, terrace and small garden, only 8 minutes walk from the lido Faak/See. To the north, from the terrace, you have a clear view of the Gerlitze skiing area, to the south, from the balcony, you can see "our local mountain" Mittagskogel. Faak am See is only a 10-minute drive from the Villach traffic hub. In summer, this region offers countless opportunities for swimming and hiking, and in winter, skiing in the border triangle.

Die Alleinlage direkt am Wasser, mit privatem Badezugang, verspricht euch einen ungestörten Erholungsurlaub. Genießt euer Frühstück am Balkon mit Blick über den See, bevor ihr euch im kühlen Nass erfrischt. Hier ist ein idealer, idyllischer Ort um fernab der Großstadt die Ruhe in der Natur zu genießen und aufzuatmen.

Chalet am See!

Unser Chalet am See (120 m²) hat drei geräumige Schlafzimmer sowie ein Badezimmer auf jeder Etage. Zudem befindet sich im OG eine Indoor-Sauna. Der Ess- und Wohnbereich im EG ist ebenfalls geräumig mit einem ausziehbaren Ecksofa, großen Esstisch und bequemen Stühlen. Es gibt eine südseitig ausgerichtete Terrasse. Das Chalet ist mit Altholzwänden verkleidet, welche für ein gemütliches Flair sorgen. Es stehen zwei private Parkplätze direkt beim Chalet zur Verfügung.

Barrier-free home for everyone, also suitable for the disabled and seniors. Directly on the lake. Beach and amenities are available to all our guests. No washing machine in the bungalow, but possible for a fee and with prior registration. 1 Dog ON REQUEST possible. Only in bungalow 3. Bed linen, kitchen towels, towels are provided. Bring your own beach towels. Due to multiple vandalism, we are forced to require a deposit upon arrival of €250.

This small cottage is the ideal vacation destination for couples, friends or families looking for a break in the middle of nature. The house sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms and has direct access to the lake. Ideal for nature lovers looking for relaxation in or on the water (with their own pedal boat). Fully equipped with a modern kitchen, cozy living room, fire bowl, dining table and outdoor lounge - it leaves nothing to be desired.

Rent a small spacious cottage (about 45 m²) with direct access to Lake Magdalen and a private jetty on the property. The cottage is located in an absolutely quiet location and is equipped with everything you need in everyday life. The center of Villach is within 5 minutes' drive. Furthermore, the area offers many opportunities to enjoy sports and culinary delights.
