Lake house holiday rentals in Carinthia

Dear Anneliese, thank you very much for the wonderful 4 days we were able to spend with you. We felt at home jumping into the cold pond ❤️ in the morning, drying in the warm sun and then hiking to one of the many lakes. Life couldn't be more beautiful! And to finish, a barbecue evening under the open sky with a view of the Milky Way - a dream. A huge thank you to you and the furry friends, you made the experience even better!

The house is located in a village/campsite just a short walk from Lake Pressegger. Inside, in addition to the pool, there is a children's play area and a restaurant that also prepares great takeaway food. With an app you can order baked goods such as bread, brioches, etc... and find them in the morning in a common room. Access to a nearby spa is also included, and a card with which you can do many free activities, especially with kids/kids. The house was perfect for us (6 people) with a kitchen complete with everything and a nice porch where you can eat outdoors. Lake Pressegger is beautiful and very relaxing with a very well-equipped public beach. You can reach Villach in just over half anhour. We had a nice vacation, but to fully enjoy the place you have to stay much longer than the three days we were able to do!

Even though the place is small, everything is there and well packed. There are a lot of walking paths, ski gondola is only 15 minutes away... I can recommend it.

Beautiful large and clean accommodation ☺️ very quiet. Ideal for hikes, swimming, bike tours, etc. By car, you can also get to Lake Wörthersee quickly - so plenty of activities all around. We enjoyed it very much.

We enjoyed the days very much and felt very comfortable. The children also had a lot to discover and they also enjoyed it very much. We were 3 families and the house had plenty of room for us. Thank you for letting us be there.

We had a wonderful time in the house by the lake! The accommodation was very nice, clean and cozy – we felt comfortable immediately. The location directly on the lake is particularly fantastic – waking up in the morning with a view of the water was simply wonderful. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The surroundings are also beautiful and ideal for hiking and relaxing. We would come back anytime and can only recommend the stay!

Patricia was very helpful and kind! There were 5 of us and we had a great time, the house is 70s style but has everything you need, the outside is a large garden with a ping pong table, swing and lounger, there is also a porch where you can eat outside! Everything was clean and tidy, the only thing was the bathroom was a little uncomfortable as the bathtub was very small and therefore uncomfortable, but otherwise everything was perfect! There was also a dishwasher and a washing machine! Really everything you needed to feel at home

The garden tiny house is in a great location, in the middle of the town, and yet it's incredibly quiet. The host gave us great tips for restaurants and nearby getaways. The cottage and its amenities are a little bit older but adequate. It served us very well for our trip to Croatia.

Highlights of the stay were the private lake access, the large garden, which is ideal for families or groups with a dog and the very good location to be a little active on vacation (e.g. hiking on the Nassfeld). For larger groups, it is recommended to book the whole place, as there are 3 residential units in the house, but the garden must be shared. In addition, the very friendly welcome and helpfulness must be highlighted by the property manager. All in all, the place left a positive impression on my friends and I.

it was a very nice, clean and organized house where close to Ossiacher See area, you can walk to the See with a wonderful view. Lots of restaurants, Pizza, gas station and super market close by, during the night you can enjoy the beautiful stars and moon on the balcony.

Our stay was great, everything we possibly needed and more was available at accommodation, very close to the lake and walking distance to Velden where you can find many restaurants. Would highly recommend.

A really great place and walking distance to the lake and shops, cafes and restaurants in Krumpendorf. Only about 10-15 mins by car to Klagenfurt. The garden was fully secure for our dogs and the place had everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely book again in the future.

The accommodation, garden and surroundings were very nice, overall very pleasant communication with the hosts, everything went well.

The apartment is in a very quiet place and has great views of the lake. Near the house there is a forest where you can walk the trail, a lake with a private master beach is a 5-minute walk away. I would like to pay special attention to the host of the house, Richard and his daughter Martini. Richard is a friendly, fun and unusual person and Martina is very responsive and enjoyable! 10 days of pure relaxation! A great place to stay on a wonderful lake! Quietly located without much hustle and bustle on a private beach for the neighbors - 10 steps from the accommodation. The surrounding area invites you to great explorations and in the evening you can just relax and feel comfortable in the great garden! Many thanks to the hosts and great communication!

The apartment is small but nice. There is a separate bedroom with 2 single beds and a large double bed in the larger living/dining area There were three of us for a week, and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The location is great: there is private lake access, a beach, restaurants and other numerous child-friendly nearby excursion destinations. The contact with Richard was top: check in and out were flexible, he was very nice and accommodating and gave us tips for the area. Especially all who want to do a lot and don't want to cook 5-course menus (the kitchen is quite small) I highly recommend Richard's place!

I had a great time at Valentina's place. It is a quiet authentic Austrian village, just what I needed. The house is equipped with everything you need and your host, Valentina is absolutely kind and helpful. I had recommendations from her for nearby activities and sights as well. I had a really pleasant time there and enjoyed the beauty of the place.
