Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located at 460 m above sea level, 4 km from the village of Sankt Paul in the Lavant Valley, surrounded by forest and meadows in the beautiful Granitztal Valley. The house is located at the end of a road so there is no traffic noise. A living room with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet are available. In front of the entrance is a terrace with table and armchairs, as well as a 100 m² fenced meadow (ideal for dogs).

The house is situated directly on hiking and pilgrim routes such as the Wörthersee Rundwanderweg or the Marian pilgrimage route.

Enjoy a luxurious experience in this centrally located accommodation. In the summer time, excursions on the hiking trails, a day in the thermal baths or in the Gastein bathing lake are ideal. In winter Bad Gastein is a fantastic skiing area and here the numerous thermal baths are perfect to relax after a sporty day.

The cozy annex is located a few minutes walk from Lake Faaker. Via the nearby highway you can reach the parking lot of the Gerlitzen Kanzelbahn and also the Ossiacher See in about 15 minutes. Villach city center is also about 15 minutes away. Right next to the property is a bus stop. And both a Billa and an Adeg are very close. There are many activities all around the beautiful Carinthian lake area.
