Unsere exklusive, gepflegte Villa liegt direkt am See! Durch den großen Garten gelangen sie zu Strand und Badesteg. Das Studio-Apartment ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Über die neu adaptierte Küche kommen sie zu ihrem seeseitigen Balkon. Kostenfreies W-Lan und bequeme Bio Betten, stehen ihnen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Das Badezimmer ist leider sehr klein. Es bietet dennoch mehr als genügend Platz für den täglichen Gebrauch. Parken können sie auf unserem schattigen Parkplatz, direkt vor dem Haus.

Haus am See (4/4), Sommertraum mit Genuss & Natur

Das Haus am See, mein persönlicher Lebenstraum. Aber zu groß, um ihn allein zu nutzen. Abseits des Massentourismus mitten in den Bergen, direkt am See inmitten von Wäldern. Im und rund um das Haus alles sehr großzügig für Mensch und Tier. Uns persönlich sehr wichtig. Neben Grill-/Feuerplätzen, Sauna, dem eigenen Steg, Sitzsäcken und Gartenschaukeln, Ruderboot, SUP und Gartenhütte ("Villa Seen-Sucht") können unsere Gäste alles nutzen...so macht es für uns alle mehr Spaß. Ein besonderer Platz!

The holiday apartment for up to 6 people is located in the estate castle, which is in the Lavanttal between Bad St. Leonhard and Reichenfels. The wonderful property is located on a slightly elevated spot above the valley and offers an incomparable ambience. The castle is surrounded by romantic natural ponds and orchards. At „Gut Schloss Lichtengraben“ you will find a fisch shop and the "Fischeria" - open every Friday.

Our holiday apartment, renovated in 2023, is ideal for couples and families with two children. It is located in a quiet apartment complex in Sattendorf. The complex has its own private lake access with a spacious sunbathing area, changing rooms, showers, and toilets. A two-person paddleboat is available for guests' use. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining area with a balcony, a bedroom (sleeps four), a foyer, and a bathroom with a shower.
