Beach house holiday rentals in Castiglioncello

We stayed at the house in Pineta at the beginning of June. Very pleasant experience. The house is wonderful, very spacious and well furnished. The garden outside, immersed in the pine forest, is beautiful. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners always in the garden. The kitchen is well stocked, we were always able to cook what we wanted. The free beach is a 5-minute walk away. We'll be back!

We had a really nice holiday at the property. Our plane was delayed, so the key was left easy and we met with the very friendly hostess the next day. The space was clean, big and ideal for us as a family. A beautiful garden with lemon trees, wine and arrow tree. A parking space in the garden for our car. Lizards and Gekos came to visit the garden. From there you can walk to everything you need..restaurants, bars, supermarket, a small shopping street, a small train station, a forest and of course the beach. We traveled to Pisa and Florence by train, which works smoothly from there. We had a lovely holiday, in a beautiful house with beautiful garden very close to the sea. ...and we're missing all this already. Molte molte grazie

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

We had a wonderful time! The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a real oasis of well-being, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, which provides a relaxed atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the great path that leads directly to the beach – perfect for walks and enjoying nature. The large kitchen offers everything you need to cook for the whole group. Particularly attentive was that the hostess brought us a few toys for our friends' child – which made the stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

Monica was really flexible about checkin and met us when we arrived to show us around the property. The apartment was private and tucked away from the street so it was really quiet. The main bed was really comfortable and there were extra pillows which is always nice. The tv is a smart tv which was really great! Would definitely recommend.

Rebecca was very kind and super helpful. The accommodation is in a great location because on the beautiful seafront of Viareggio,which is a charming town. Very comfortable and clean inside. Very equipped kitchen. We came in the spring and we imagine that in the summer season the Spring plant is even more enchanting!Very happy with our stay!We'll be back and highly recommend it!

The place is really nice and perfect if you have children , all very kind from the reception to the bar , to the convenience store ( the girl is fabulous) ,to the restaurant, everything was really great and at a good price, we hope to be able to come back soon

La Casina del Sole is a cozy accommodation located in a quiet area surrounded by nature but, at the same time, a stone's throw from the sea and the center of Camaiore. We spent 4 days here with our 18-month-old baby and took advantage of the many services offered, such as bicycles, with which we visited Viareggio and Marina di Pietrasanta. Nilo and his wife are very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Very nice mobile house at a camping. The house small bu well arranged so we had a feeling of comfort (maybe a bit too small for 4 adults with lots of luggage, but we managed to unpack necessary things to small wardrobes). The kitchen well equipped (maybe lack of electric kettle was a little problem, but we used a pot to boil water). The bathroom with toilet and bidet, what was nice and water heater close to the bathroom, so it was easy to get warm shower. Very nice camping with helpful staff (besides Italian, we spoke English and German an it was easy to communicate). Very good swimming pool, bar, restaurant, well supplied shops (one with food and one with accessories that you may need during your stay). Less than 1km from the beach through the pine wood. Lots of restaurants at the village (some closed in may). We recommend Jolly Beach and more expensive but good fish restaurant Forte 74. For a shopping there's a Conad at the village centre.

Despite terrible weather a nice time by the sea. Giulia was a very kind and eager host. The location on the beach is sensational.

Very nice house! Very Italien. Close to all the things we wanted to do. Nice big private parking. Huge kitchen. The only thing we missed was a really good authentic restaurant in the neighbourhood. Maybe we just could’nt find it. A few things wasn’t working upon arrival, but Silvia was very helpful and we made it work. All in all: Would definitly come back - and would recommend the house to everybody else. We were five people and there was more than enough space.

I had the pleasure of staying at this house in Viareggio for a long time and I could not be more satisfied. The house is spacious, functional and cozy, with an airy, relaxing and bright atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The bathroom and kitchen are spacious, modern, and well equipped: cooking is a real pleasure. The WiFi is fast and perfect even for those who work in smart working. The house has a beautiful internal courtyard, a plus to enjoy moments of relaxation outdoors. The location is very convenient, just steps from the station, the sea and the main shops — ideal for both short stays and longer stays. The room is very quiet, perfect for working or resting, impeccable cleanliness, and the bed extremely comfortable. A special thank you to Laura, an extraordinary host: always very kind, helpful and very quick to reply to every request. It's truly a special place that I highly recommend!

It was one of the best accommodations! A nice, beautiful house with all the amenities and instructions. The hosts are very friendly people, they will always help and advise, they take care of the comfort for the guests, even better than in an expensive hotel! It was delightful, a place 7 minutes from the sea, you can see beautiful sunsets. Very well-groomed territory, apricot tree and beauty around! I look forward to meeting again, I did not want to leave, I was very comfortable!

Maria Rosaria is a lovely host and her place corresponds to the description given. Welcoming, clean, close to the seaside. The kitchen is well equipped and everything in the apartment works perfectly. We stayed during winter and the heating was spot on. We have a little baby and Maria Rosaria also arranged a travel bed for her, which worked great. Both Maria Rosaria and her son are very responsive and present through the chats, the communication is extremely easy. The flexible checkout was also appreciated! I absolutely recommend, especially for families!

We were here with 4 adults and a toddler. The house is beautifully located and the beach can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The apartment is nicely furnished and has enough space for the toddler. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful time staying here. Paola was very easy and quick to communicate with. As Americans be prepared if you are heat intolerant, there is AC but it never really got cool in the unit. It is a walk up so it’s a bit choppy and might be tough if you have a lot of luggage. The location is very convenient. Walkable to the promenade and many cute shops. I do wish there had been some more light in the unit but overall it was a very nice stay.

The place itself is wonderful. It is clean, comfortable with plenty of room for the three of us. Cafes and restaurants are a few blocks away (and a few more blocks to the beach). Francesca was very helpful, getting the accommodation just right and providing plenty of tips about restaurants, groceries, things to do and transportation. I would definitely stay here again.
