Un departamento increíble en una zona tranquila alejada de la zona turística, pero accesible a la misma vez. Fue muy satisfactorio hospedarnos aquí, es mejor y más hermoso de lo que se ve en las fotos. Si vienes a Venecia ¡tienes que quedarte aquí! Gracias Marta por hacernos sentir como en casa.

Die Wohnung liegt supergünstig an dem Meeresufer, mit guten Einkaufs- und Bademöglichkeiten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

It was a beautiful house and very nice and well designed.If anyone likes to enjoy relax and clam holiday,you can enjoy a lot.The host guy most amazing and great person,he really helpful as a host.I had a great experience so far.Shops and sea everything under 10 minutes.Overall luxury feeling.Better to choose on summer time.More people and more fun.Overall everything was great and beautiful!

Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt! Tolle Wohnung mit allem was man braucht! Ruhige Wohnlage etwas abseits der großen Touristenhochburgen und trotzdem total gut gelegen. 100m zum tollen Strand und auch die Sonnenuntergänge auf dem Balkon sind super! Kontakt mit Carlo super nett und immer hilfsbereit! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, Simone war immer für Fragen erreichbar. Die Lage ist top, toller Strand in paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung und die Anlage sehr sauber . Sehr tolle Fahrradwege in der Nähe. Tolle Restaurants mit leckerem Essen und auch preiswert in Umgebung. Und die Krönung der Ausflug nach Venedig und benachbarten Inseln. Die Wohnung würden wir auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

L'appartamento si trova nel centro di fianco alla spiaggia quindi e perfetto per una vacabza rilassante senza dover prendere mezzi pubblici o auto. Penso sia l' appartamento migliore nella zona in qualita di comfort prezzo e location.

Antonella is a great host! She made sure we had a pleasant stay by asking us several times how everything was going. She also gave us a tip to visit the local Castagna Featival. When we had questions, she always responded quickly! The apartment is very clean and looks lovely. It has lots of drawers where we could store our luggage. The kitchen is well equipped. You can see the sea from the balcony and walk to the beach which is just a few meters from the entrance. We went off season so everything was quiet as we expected. We really enjoyed our stay thanks to Antonella.

L’appartamento corrispondeva alle foto, bellissimo! Giusto spazi e ottima posizione, l’accesso diretto al mare e la piscina un plus. Da tornarci 😊

I highly recommend booking Andrea’s place in Venice. It was the perfect stay, with very thorough and clear instructions checking in. It is spacious, relaxing and offers privacy. The spa was absolutely perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking and enjoying the accommodations of the city. Andrea was also very kind enough to check in through messaging and make sure we had everything we needed. You’ll be highly satisfied and definitely feel that you got your money’s worth in this location. 10/10!!!

Perfect home to stay

Sve je bilo odlicno, smestaj lep, komforan, prostran, odlicno opremljen i čist. Kuca i dvorište jako lepi. Komforan ulazak u dvorište kolima, dosta mesta za parkiranje. Patricija je ljubazna i usluzna, sve preporuke za smestaj i domacina. Proveli smo divno vreme u Lido di Jesolu. Veliki pozdrav za Patriciju. Preporučićemo prijateljima i ponovo doći ako bude prilike.

Bellissimo appartamento, in una posizione molto tranquilla. Cucina e bagno attrezzati, è tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Purtroppo la sera a Burano non ci sono molti posti aperti, sarebbe stato meglio organizzarsi per cenare a casa. Con i bambini bisogna stare attenti alla scala che è un po’ esposta. Super consigliata!

Mega schönes neues Haus in perfekter Lage zum Meer. Sehr sauber und alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Great AirBnB with everything you could need. Lots of thoughtful touches and extras by the host Stefania who was so welcoming and went the extra mile. We felt very comfortable with enough privacy but Stefania was always on hand straight away if we needed anything. Everything was very clean, the kitchen is very well equipped and the garden is lovely for dining, sunbathing and kids playing.

Dieser Vermieter hat wirklich zu 100% das Arbnb Gäste-Favorit verdient. Super grosses sauberes und mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes Reihhenhaus. Alles TOP !!! Nur zwei Gassen zu Einkaufsstrasse und Strand. Sehr ruhig da es eine Sackgasse ist Danke sehr Stefania und Adelio.

duna verde è da sempre il mio mare, lo è stato fin da quando ero piccola, lo è stato poi per mia figlia, e ora ci abbiamo portato il mio nipotino! improvvisato il sabato mattina, visto la disponibilità dell'appartamento tra l'altro bellissimo nelle foto, ho provato a contattare Alberto, che ha subito risposto con gran gentilezza, e ci ha permesso di passare 3 splendidi giorni accolti in una casa rinnovata in tutto, pulita e ben accessoriata. Ha subito risposto per qualsiasi esigenza prima durante è alla fine della nostra vacanzina. È stata la mia prima esperienza con airbnb ma devo dire fantastica! Grazie Alberto! torneremo di sicuro! 🙂

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home, which is located in what feels like a surreal spot in Venice. The apartment was spotless and perfectly clean, and we were especially grateful for the host’s flexibility with our check-in time. Communication was always smooth and quick, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. As two architects visiting Venice for the Biennale, we found the location ideal — close to both Arsenale and Giardini. I would absolutely love to stay here again on my next visit to Venice, if it’s available.

Das Apartment war sehr schön, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war angenehm und ruhig. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die freundliche und hilfsbereite Besitzerin – der Kontakt war unkompliziert und herzlich. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden: die Wohnung lag einen „Steinwurf“ vom Meer entfernt, wir hatten einen tollen Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer, mit wenigen Schritten war man in der Shoppingmeile, die Wohnung war sehr sauber, man konnte mit Cinzia deutsch sprechen - es hat einfach alles gepasst, um sich erholen zu können! Vielen lieben Dank, Cinzia, wir kommen wieder!

Sehr sauber, tolle Anlage mit Pool. 5 min Fußweg zum Meer und Restaurants. Bequeme Betten, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Watersdoor is the perfect romantic hideaway in this beautiful city. Maria and her team could not have been more welcoming and helpful and truly made our stay in Venice so effortless and memorable. We can’t recommend Watersdoor highly enough

We booked because another guest's review said "just go for it" and I would offer the same advice to others. We had a great time enjoying coffee & wine on the terrace while watching boat traffic on the Grand Canal. Although there are Vaporetto stops nearby, we walked almost everywhere we went and it was great to explore the neighborhood. For a quiet night in, stop by Fried Land (just around the corner) for excellent take-out pasta.

A true gem! The balcony really adds a unique dimension; to be able and watch every day life in Venice was so interesting. The apartment is in easy walk of great cafes and restaurants and handy for The Vaporetto and water taxis. We travelled with my 89 year old mother and were very grateful for the flexible check in after our early flight. We ate out each meal, so easy with so many great places in easy walking distance. Amongst our favourite, for breakfast was San Giovanni Vini e Cicchetti for fabulous chichetti !
