Villa holiday rentals in Cefalù

Rosellina’s property is truly magical! I cannot say enough positive things about it. Rosellina and her husband are absolutely wonderful and we were welcomed with a delicious lunch and thoughtful treats and touches. This is such a loved and authentic home in one of the most breathtaking locations. We spent a lot of time swimming and snorkelling. The neighbours are their relatives and very friendly and welcoming. It was delightful. It is true that pictures simply can’t do it justice. They have everything you will need and it is was very well-kept, clean, and organised. The mosquitos in Sicily are not to be underestimated! They supply everything you will need though which was very considerate. There are stairs down to the house which was not an issue for us at all and nice because you don’t get any road noise. Parking is off the main road so you’ll need to get comfortable with Sicilian driving! It is more than worth it. You will be lucky if you can be Rosellina’s guests!

My friend and I had a few very nice days in the apartment. The location was excellent, by car you were very quickly in Cefalu:) The private beach section but also the Sunsetbeach (only 10 min walk) were very nice. The accommodation is cozy and we felt very comfortable right away. The small terrace was also well suited for playing cards and eating. Silvia was always available to us for questions. Overall, a very great, practical apartment with friendly and helpful hosts. Thank you for everything and we would come back anytime!!

Antonio and Debbie with their daughter greeted us. Antonio waited outside the gate to show us how to use the key to get in. The view from their patio was just like the pictures on the website. Antonio and his family gave us suggestions for restaurants near their location. You need a car to get to any restaurants or grocery stores. Antonio was very responsive to any questions we had. All in all a very nice and quite place to stay. Thanks Antonio and Debbie.

We traveled to Rome, Naples, and Sicily. This Airbnb was our favorite! It was very modern and we loved the pool. It was easy to get to restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We would definitely stay again!

It was a beautiful and wonderful experience and I will definitely book the Airbnb again. The owners are very friendly , accommodating and reliable. The view is stunning and way more beautiful than on the pictures , it has everything you need from Sauna , Fitnessroom etc to more than enough space. I can definitely recommend this location to everyone if you want your piece in beautiful mountains and relax✨

The small house with the stunning view is definitely worth a visit! If you are looking for a little rest from the hustle and bustle in Palermo or Cefalu, Caccamo is the place to be. The accommodation is clean, modern and superbly located, just across the street are two fantastic restaurants and a café for breakfast. Finding a parking space was also never a big problem. And sitting on the terrace in the evening and looking at the beautifully lit castle was great!

Ornella and her daughter Beatrice were wonderful hosts. They responded to my questions in a timely manner.—- always pleasant and eager to help. The Villa and its surroundings and location were perfect for my group. The outdoor space was amazing! I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone wanting to be near Palermo and the beach!

Excellent stay in this very stylish house. We loved the views and had an amazing time next to the swimminpool. We missed a couple of things in the house such as a smart tv with netflix, good wifi and space for groceries in the kitchen. But after our feedback I believe this will be solved immediately for the next guests. I would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful villa located with a wonderful view over the valley and Castelbouno town. The house was great with bedrooms on three different floors and the garden was very nice with many different lounge and dining areas. The pool area has amazing view and a really nice pool, though no fence so small kids must be watched. This is a perfect location for day trips to Céfalu with surroundings and we also really enjoyed Castelbouno town. Rosanna and her husband (and the dog Amica) took great care of us and were always available if we needed anything. The only minor issue was that we had a few power outages, but that was quickly fixed. We had a great time and would love to come again!

The Villa is very beautiful and cosy, the terrace is amazing, the view is exciting. The kitchen is well equipped…. And welcome basket was so touching…:) Very good location, silence in a hidden place with wonderful views close to the beach (only 5 minutes). Margherita was online 24/7, thanks for this! The place is strongly recommended.

Thanks again for a great stay! The house was immaculately clean and lovingly furnished. The highlight was definitely the spacious garden and the pool. Even though the hosts also lived on the property, they were very discreet and we hardly noticed them. In addition, they always responded quickly and supported us with all possible bookings and recommendations. We highly recommend it!

Francesco was a super nice host and very helpful. highly recommend the house if you prefer beeing a little bit further away from the city but still close to a small town with options for restaurants, cafes, bakery and grocery store.

Patrizia's villa is beautifully located in Altavilla Milica. It is the perfect place for a family to spend a week in Sicily. As it says in the description, you need a car, but then you have places like Palermo, Cefalu, and Castellammare del Golfo within your reach. If you don't like to drive, you can hang out by the villa pool and just enjoy the surroundings. Patrizia was a very warm and friendly host who gave us great tips and information. I highly recommend staying at this place.

Villa Ginevra is an enchanting Sicilian home representing traditional and modern just as shown in listing. The grounds are picturesque, providing the beauty of nature within walking distance to local amenities such as pasticceria and market.  Engaging with Vincenzo and family was a pleasure. They were helpful providing local recommendations and scheduling a private cooking class where we prepared a delicious meal, connected and created a memory together. The highlight of stay was our intimate wedding ceremony. Vincenzo and team created an ethereal outdoor  experience at the villa where we got to exchange vows, share our commitment before our God and loved ones, and begin our journey as husband and wife. A delightful meal and conversation under the stars followed. The local private chef, photographer, videographer, stylist, and florist that Vincenzo coordinated were amazing. We are so grateful Vincenzo opened up his home and shared his gift for lifetime memories to be made ❤️

Excellent stay. This place was massive with everything you could want. It was hard to leave. Such a great host who was very kind and responsive. Steep drive-way is not an understatement but the host was happy to help us with our bags when we arrived and left. Beautiful location, felt like a vintage resort. Would stay here again!

We recommend this stop, close to Palermo, to the convenient and functional accommodation, for 2 couples and a 15-month-old baby, in an environment of a beautiful garden and a remarkable pool. Danilo is an absolutely amazing host, very responsive, hospitable and helpful. It felt like home, we got a personal greeting letter, which was a very nice gesture, some treats and some recommendations about restaurants., at the end of our stay there were even some little gifts for us. The house is very clean, spacious, modern, carefully designed to be practical, with a patio, terrace, swimming pool and sunbeds and also a little playground for children. There is space for everyone. It’s located a bit up, in a peaceful area, to get there you need a car but it guarantees a very nice view onto the sea. It was a great experience. The only regret is that we stayed only for one night. Danilo, thank you for your kindness and hospitality.

We've had a lot of Airbnb stays, but this was the very best ever. As a family, we felt right at home here — and that's rare. Everything was correct: the cottage was taken care of to the last detail, fully equipped and perfectly tailored to what we needed. From check-in to checkout, everything went effortlessly, in complete privacy and with just the right balance between contact and space. The pool was lovely — a fantastic place to relax and really enjoy the outdoors. And the garden… what a work that must be to maintain, but the result is stunning. So cared for, so beautiful. It adds a lot to the peace and atmosphere of the place. Martina has thought of everything. The atmosphere, the amenities, the tranquility… It felt almost too nice to be true. We found it genuinely difficult to say good bye, and that says a lot. A place like this is rare. We will come back here with love.

AMAZING! In two years of traveling around Europe and staying in Airbnbs, this is the best house and host we have ever had. It is so beautiful, quiet and peaceful and it has everything you could possibly need. Maria Rosa is an amazing person, and she welcomes you and treats you like family, and makes you feel as if it is your house. She truly cares about her guests. There are literally no negatives about this property. I hope to come back again someday. Book it now and you will not be disappointed!!

We’ve chose the home online, because the place looked beautiful, and perfect for 3 people. The surroundings were just as good, as found on the pictures. The garden is very spacious, both with the outdoor kitchen and the swimming pool. This place is perfect for both trips with family or just a couple of friends. Our trip was 10/10, but our host, Andrea, made it 12/10. Not only was he a super friendly host, but also very open about local spots that are hard to find on your own, as a tourist.

We had a fabulous week in this peaceful and beautiful location. The house was well equipped and the pool area was very relaxing with stunning views towards Pettineo village and the hills and valley. An ideal place to enjoy the outdoors, there is an outdoor sheltered dining area and BBQ. You can walk into the village from the house where we found a lovely cafe/bar. Visited Palermo, Cefalu and The Valley of the Temples at Agrigento (allow at least 2 and a half hours to get there). You need a car to get about. Be aware of some winding roads and the track to the house and village is rough, but fine once you get used to it. Thank you Francesco, you were the perfect host!
