Small private island located between Angouleme and Cognac, on the path of the bike path "La Flow vélo", in the immediate vicinity of the pretty beach of Le Bain des Dames. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. The mezzanine is mensardee. It has beautiful beams. We have put a detector but you will have to pay attention to your head.
