The Cowshed

Stay in the old cowshed on our small farm, set in just under 2 hectares of pasture and woodland, full of wildlife. A great base for exploring Charente and all it has to offer. A rustic Gîte deep in the Charente countryside. Access to our homemade saltwater pool overlooking the valley during the summer months. Private gas barbecue. Badminton/Volleyball and pickleball nets on site. Just 40 minutes from Angoulême. Less than 15 mins from Nanteuil-en-Vallée and Verteuil-sur-charente.

The Beauséjour gîte (170 m2) with terrace, is located 7 km from Angoulême, in a peaceful hamlet, close to another gîte. Shared access to the swimming pool (5x10) Description: 1 living room with kitchen of 75 m2, 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160 x 200, 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds of 120 x 190, 2 bathrooms and 2 powder rooms. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.

Country home in the city

Angoulême, 10 minutes from the city center, in a peaceful area, an 18th century house, surrounded by a one-hectare park. The large building is divided into two: the home of the owners David and Corinne, and a gîte. The 180 m2 gîte is on the ground floor and 1st floor. You have access to the garden, the pool (shared with the owners), you have enough to make a barbecue, with furniture to eat outside.
