Le gîte familial indépendant de 70 m² (idéal pour une famille / couple avec enfants) est entièrement équipé, dispose de 2 chambres doubles, d’une salle de bain et d’une cuisine ouverte sur une grande pièce de vie lumineuse. Vous profitez librement du parc, de l’étang et de l’espace piscine situé à l’orée du bois (piscine de Juin à Septembre).

Très belle maison charentaise entièrement rénovée en 2020-21, avec vaste jardin arboré de 4000m². Parfaite pour des vacances nature au calme, en famille ou entre amis avec tout sur place pour en profiter (piscine chauffée en été, jacuzzi, BBQ/plancha gaz, table de ping-pong, baby-foot, balançoire, trampoline...). Située dans un petit bourg avec commerces à proximité (boulangerie, boucherie/produits artisanaux locaux, supermarché, pharmacie...) et un petit marché le dimanche.

The property is situated in the heart of a picturesque village that has both a Michelin starred restaurant and a local café just a 2 minute walk away.

A real cocoon, the wood-burning stove and sauna give the place a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The bedding is new and very comfortable.

Cozy house 10 minutes' walk to the Plateau d'Angoulême. Close to all amenities (bakery, butcher, Saint-Cybard Market, restaurants...) At the foot of the Charente where walks on the paths of the Coulée Verte await you. For the curious, the house is 20 meters from the Comic Book Museum as well as the Paper Museum. 7 minutes from the train station. Angoulême is very well served by a very efficient bus network. Very quiet and peaceful district of Angoulême.

Les Frênes - Malvy Island

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Many activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden, making it a true oasis for biodiversity!

Equipped with a high-end 3-seater jacuzzi and a swimming pool (open from June to September), our accommodation will also seduce you with its 2 bedrooms with very good quality bedding and its living room with TV including Netflix. The sofa is convertible, it will offer you an extra bed for 2 people. Our house also has a Wi-Fi connection and a dedicated office space, ideal for teleworking. Close to downtown St Junien and Oradour-sur-Glane.

Anne and Xavier invite you to discover the Périgord Vert by welcoming you to this gîte on the magnificent Manoir de Braugnac estate. Horses, private forest pond, Braugnac wood... You'll be immersed in lush green countryside full of charm. A large outdoor saltwater swimming pool will enhance your stay between mid-May and early October (weather permitting!). Barbecue, table tennis, boules and bicycles are also available.
