Beach house holiday rentals in Chesil Beach

We stayed here in early June and loved the place. We were slightly perturbed that the sea view overlooked the Oasis Shop/Cafe small car park but in fact this was not noisy nor did it spoil the view. It is literally a 20 yard walk to the steep pebbled beach (some sand at low tide) and half an hour's walk to Weymouth pier along the promenade. There is also a frequent bus service. The accommodation is immaculate, having the living area upstairs. Everything we needed was provided - even an electric toothbrush charger in the bathroom. We spent many an hour on the balcony with drinks watching the swimmers, surfers, sailors and spotting the commercial/navy ships which often anchored in the bay. We had many a happy days out in the Weymouth area and were able to leave the car parked outside all the ten days as we used the bus services. We hope to return in the near future.

We absolutely loved the Beach house! Huge place, beautifully decorated and luxury amenities. Nice touch leaving Waitrose Prosecco and M&S cookies out for us. Bed linen was excellent quality and spotlessly clean. We all had great nights sleep. Gardens were beautifully kept. 4 min walk to sandy beaches and the rockwater restaurant was fab. Louise was brilliant to respond to all my messages. We will book this again and I highly recommend this Airbnb.

We had a wonderful long weekend in Emer’s house. Everything was exactly as described, the photos do not do the views and surroundings justice.. it’s beautiful. The space was great for our needs. The kitchen was so well equipped and lovely to have a few practical bits and bobs. Smooth check in and excellent communication from all involved. Plenty to do near by and love that we were right on the coastal path Would absolutely stay again and would recommend to all. .

I had a great stay here. The house was comfortable, clean and well-equipped. It was a very short walk from the train station, and really close to the beach.

This is our third time here and we love it. It’s the perfect house for a large family group of different ages. The house has everything you need and so many toys and games our kids think it’s amazing. Always spotlessly clean. The most perfect location across from the beach and walking distance from the train station and shops. We will be back again!! Thanks so much !

Amazing place! Perfect location for a family holiday. The house has absolutely everything you need and more. We really enjoyed sea kayaking and paddle boarding with all Daves's kit. The sea is so close you can carry everything down to the shore. We really loved the hot tub and sauna and bbq area. The games room was a great space for the kids to hang out and play as well as the adults. We couldn't have wanted more. We'd wholeheartedly recommend this amazing house.

Amazing house with fantastic views of the harbour. Great location as you can either walk to the beach or the town, or get the historic rowing ferry for a couple of quid, right at the bottom of the steps of Nothe Gardens. The house was really well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay, making it feel like a home away from home. Good size bedrooms with plenty of space downstairs for the 8 of us. The garden is a real sun trap and we enjoyed watching the sunsets in the evening. The hosts were brilliant - we couldn’t access the shed to get the BBQ and whilst we were out they had changed the lock and got it out ready for our return, amazing service! It was a lovely long weekend and we could’ve easily stayed longer - I can’t recommend Nothe House enough! Thank you so much!

Really lovely house - nicely decorated and very clean, with great facilities. The location is a tiny bit out of the main centre, near the harbour, but this just means it was quiet and the harbour is probably one of the nicest part of Weymouth anyway. Communication was great. There are no curtains in the bedrooms and the front of the house gets a lot of sun (which is lovely!) - so could be an issue for light sleepers.

Enjoyable stay in surprisingly roomy static caravan. The kitchen and living room were lovely and well stocked with pans and utensils etc. Everything really easy and a great location only 5 mins drive from the beach, Swimming pool and staff there were brilliant. Thanks

A wonderfully peaceful lodge and super helpful host, Abi. Deceptively spacious inside and beautiful sea views from the terrace. Terrific walks right from the front door too, wouldn’t stay anywhere else on future visits!

A lovely quiet location and beautiful caravan. Fully equipped with everything you could ever need. Warm and cosy and great showers! I would highly recommend this home and will definitely be back.

location was absolutely perfect for a relax and a decent walk everyday, we paddle boarded up the coast both ways and the scenery was stunning and finished most days with a swim in the pool. if you're after a close too everything place too stay this isn't the place for you but if you're looking for a break away from the world then this will tick all your boxes 🤗

A well positioned, clean, tidy and comfortable caravan on a fabulous site right by the beach with plenty to do. Caravan was lovely with everything we needed.

Booked a last minute break, Ali happy to help and responsive to my questions. Property was great, nice and quiet (but not all neighbouring caravans occupied) and very clean. Pleasure doing business with and would book the caravan again in the future.

What a lovely little get away we had. Great location, great host who was friendly and got back to us straight away. We were literally a 4 minute drive from Charmouth beach. When we arrived we noticed there were a lot of nice personal touches that made it feel very homely. It was clean, quiet and overall a great place to stay in a beautiful part of the country. Thanks a lot. We hope to be there again 🙂 I would highly recommend this host if you want a stress free experience for your holiday.

We had a lovely stay in Caroline’s place for three nights. The cottage is in a beautiful location and was very peaceful, with a sheltered garden that we could enjoy even when it was a bit windy. The house is homely and comfortable, and the kitchen is very well kitted out for cooking meals. Caroline was proactive and responsive, and it was also very kind of her to provide some bread and supplies for when we arrived! I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a quiet break in the countryside.

This place is great! Feels even nicer than the photos, in a great, safe location with parking right in front of the property. Melissa ensured that we had everything we needed in the house, especially the kitchen. Lovely and clean and Melissa was super responsive!

We stayed at blue bay cottage for 3 nights The cottage is immaculate very comfortable and well equipped It is situated right next to the harbour We did a boat trip from the harbour which we really enjoyed There are shops cafes and pubs by the harbour which was great and convenient The beautiful beach is about 10minute walk There you have all you need The parking permit was a real bonus and we found a space straight away no issues We had great weather which was the icing on the cake for a fabulous stay in Weymouth !

Fabulous few days staying at The Annexe. Everything you need for a relaxing stay is there for you. Clean and comfortable with a pretty garden to sit in. Beautiful place with lovely views. Debbie and Derek are wonderful hosts, always on hand for advice on places to visit and to eat. Thoroughly enjoyed chatting to them. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We had a wonderful stay in this AirBnB. The highlight was definitely the stunning sea view- waking up to the sound of the waves and sitting in the backyard while having my coffee was very relaxing. The house was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary items present in it. It had games, books and toys for kids. It also had a telescope that we used to view the moon which made the night extra special Co-op was at walkable distance in case we needed anything. The showpiece and the paintings just added to the overall aesthetic and experience of the island. Overall, it was a great place and I would 100% recommend it.

This was the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at, hands down. It was roomy and comfortable, which is not super common of the UK airbnbs we stayed at. The pictures don’t do justice to how great the view is and how beautiful the garden is. It’s a very reasonable walk down into town and down to the beaches. Highly highly recommend.
