Beachfront holiday rental in Contra Costa County

Beautiful place in an excellent location within walking distance of the nature trail, beach, shops, restaurants, parks, and more. The views from the second floor sitting area are stunning. Justen was a responsive and friendly host. We plan to rent this place again.

Wonderful property, a hotel but more personal. Amazing location. SF is on the rebound. So nice to walk around all around the property. Wonderful hosts who have been super cool for two stays now. Couldn’t recommend it more for a family. So spacious and the views are second to none.

Like house is a great place to stay

I booked this place for my mom and brother who were visiting the Bay Area for a week. The cottage is located behind the host’s house. It looked just like the photos, with clean bathroom (with hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), kitchen (with basic kitchenwares and full fridge), comfortable queen size bed, and living room with futon and a large TV. I noticed that the house is conveniently located near BART station, which made it easy for me to visit them even without a car. It’s right by I-80, 5 minutes walking distance 99 Ranch, and 15 minutes walking distance to the BART station. There are also lots of restaurants around the area. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

This is a real gem of a find in SFO. Great hideaway in the middle of everything around Fisherman’s Warf Modern, clean, and very private.

Host was responsive and kind. Place felt like home and it was easy to navigate their expectations. This is a no show house. They made easy peasy to accommodate their request with slippers at all entrances Charming and relaxing location

What a peaceful retreat and a wonderful host! We have stayed on Richmond Point several times while visiting our daughter at Cal and it never disappoints. The view from here is incredible! And Vivien’s place is just perfect. You have the entire lower level to yourself, with your own private deck literally on top of the Bay, with views of the city and both the Golden Gate and the Bay Bridge. It’s a great location to get to Cal, to S.F. or wine country. And Vivien is the perfect host—welcoming but not intrusive, and just simply delightful. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Sherry is an incredible host! She went above and beyond to make me feel at home. She was great communicating, she was very warm and welcoming and made the best chocolate chip cookies! Highly recommend Sherry’s place!

We loved our stay here! They've done such a beautiful job with this place and we felt right at home. We were able to keep our kayaks on the doc each night without issue and the neighborhood friendly and felt safe. Plenty of parking for our car and trailer. Right on great fishing that my husband was able to enjoy while I was able to slow down and relax on the deck with a good book and some bird watching while taking in the beautiful view. There are no homes across the water so you get nature views instead of feeling like ur looking into someone's home. So peaceful at night with beautiful stars, cool breeze, and frogs gently singing. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all meals, comfy living room with big TV to wind down at night, great shower and bathtub, comfortable beds, and friendly and responsive hosts! 10/10 recommend and can't wait to be back!

Would stay again - Mason was responsive and helpful. There is some noise from the family above, as is to be expected in a basement apartment - I, personally, found it comforting at night. Large, bright, clean space. Great parking and location.
