If you want to experience nature, our homestead has a one room king bed cottage between 2 ponds. A private full bath is 25 steps away. Enjoy the serenity of the water. The cottage is insulated, heated, has electricity,Wi-Fi, and a smart tv to be used with your own accounts. The cottage is separated from our home by a garage. We leave guests uninterrupted unless they want/need anything. Guests have full use of the ponds and acres to enjoy!

Feel at home in your own private space, attached to a large farmhouse nestled on 100 acres. Enjoy using the property for lounging, hiking, campfires or reflection. A continental breakfast of homemade bread and local free range fresh eggs, and produce and fresh herbs from our garden when in season will await you. Coffee and tea is provided each morning. Feel free to partake your coffee and breakfast outside on the swing overlooking pond.

This guest suite has all the comforts of home. It's a comfortable walk or bike ride to the Hall of Fame, historic downtown, the Farmer's Museum and beautiful Otsego Lake. A 24-hour grocery store is around the corner and we're close to the trolley that will take you all over Cooperstown in the summer. And it's only a 10 minute drive to Brewery Ommegang. Please note, there is no TV or cable in the suite. Just Wi-Fi.

A large pond to enjoy, sitting by with a good book or watching the wildlife. We have a cobblestone firepit to enjoy during the evening surrounded by seating. We are a short distance from many attractions in Cooperstown including the Baseball Hall of Fame!!!!!!!!!!!!
