Great home!!!! Spacious and very clean. Veronica was a great host that made sure we had everything we needed. If back in the area, I would definitely stay here again.

Turner Ranch is a gorgeous property - private, peaceful, with lots of wildlife. It is absolutely amazing how many amenities come with this home. Evelyn has thought of every little detail and has extra supplies for anything you may have forgotten to pack - from umbrellas, to drinks, to sunscreen, to fresh fruit on the countertop. The home is beautifully and simply decorated with many large spaces for socializing. The weather was not cooperative while we were there, so we could not take advantage of the many yard games Evelyn generously supplies or the outdoor spaces - patio, fire pit, but we were able to relax in the large living room and dining area and also spend time on the covered porch watching the wildlife. A lovely space for cooking and sharing meals, too. An exceptional gathering area for our family members from different states to converge and spend time relaxing together. Thank you, Evelyn.

We love this house! Every time we come here we feel right at home! It has now become a tradition for our family to come here at least once a year. Perfect place to relax. Pet friendly. Always looking forward to our next visit!

What an excellent stay - this airbnb was incredibly well stocked with kitchen supplies, games, extra linens, really anything that one could want. Amenities were high quality and very thoughtful.

This home is the perfect get away. Gorgeous property. I enjoyed walking in the mornings, beautiful wildlife. The deer get close enough to almost touch! The beds were comfortable. The bedrooms are spread out enough for several families to stay comfortably and with privacy. Lots of bathrooms! Very clean! Lots of kitchen supplies! Everything needed for an amazing get away. My family and I had a wonderful time here even in the rain! It’s so cozy and beautiful. We had a blast sitting by the fire to make s’mores. The kids had lots of space to run and play too! The Mountain View was everything you could ever want. I never wanted to leave. Host was very responsive when I had a question. It was extremely quiet and beautiful. The towns nearby were also very charming.

I came to Mary’s Airbnb for my birthday with a few friends and we had an awesome time. The Airbnb was really well appointed with everything you could need. Mary had thoughtful touches all throughout the home. The location is amazing and we loved playing in the river and having a fire. We would love to come again! It was one of the best airbnbs we’d stayed in.

Beautiful and peaceful little place in the woods, away from main roads and noise. The sauna and hot tub were definitely a plus! WiFi isn’t great, so I don’t recommend this for anyone who NEEDS it, but it’s great if you’re trying to unplug. I loved how responsive Mary was and would definitely go back for another stay!

What a beautiful home! This gem in Mohawk is a must stay - Dean’s home was spotless when we arrived for the weekend. So much space for us to enjoy inside the house and a great outdoor space with a very clean pool! The weather didn’t cooperate with us to enjoy the pool but the water was crystal clear. The people around were town were extremely friendly - a local police officer pulled over to show our kids his patrol car and let them see how the sirens work. Dean’s home is a must stay for you and your family!

Had a great time at the cozy cabin. It's a cabin but still has some nice amenities. Location is somewhat close to road, you can hear occasional cars go by. Still, back by the pond it feels like being away from it all. I had a blast hiking local trails and enjoying the foliage.

Fantastic place to stay if you are looking to visit Cooperstown. The house is very clean, roomy, and well maintained. The host is very responsive and helpful. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Cooperstown is just a short 15 minute drive away. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would absolutely stay again!

Cassandra is an excellent host - home was great for what we needed for our Cooperstown tournament. Greet location to the park, excellent restaurants close by, and anything that popped up, she was responsive and quick to resolve. Would absolutely recommend this place and host!

Very clean house and comfortable bed. We enjoyed the amenities and making fires. Our dog loved running around the property and we enjoyed being close to town for grocery shopping, cafe access, and hiking trails nearby.

My husband, friends, and I are truly enamored with Jacob's place. The house is beautiful, and the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and inviting. We always have a wonderful time there. This was our third visit, and we can easily envision many more to come in the future.

Had a beautiful stay with my parents and sibling -- we loved watching movies on the large projector, cooking meals together in the lovely kitchen and taking in the serenity of the area. Michael was very responsive, and we couldn't have asked for a more pleasant stay in the Catskills!

The Waterfall Casita was beautiful, well equipped, clean and offered lots of privacy. The view to the waterfall was breathtaking. Perfect to relax, connect with nature and get a break from the daily hustle. Would’ve loved to stay longer! We were able to cook meals without any difficulties, the fridge though small was more than plenty of room for the essentials we brought. Jenn was kind, available and communicated quickly without disrupting the peace and privacy. The information about local places and instructions were clear and helpful. Would love to stay again!

We had an amazing stay! The property is just as described and was perfect for our family! We enjoyed the record player while playing games by the fire! Charlene responded to my messages promptly and was friendly and helpful! We enjoyed making s’mores by the fire pit too! This property is in a good location! Secluded but a close enough drive to Herkimer Diamond mine which is what brought us to the area. Hoping to be back in the future to explore some more! We will stay here again if ever in the area! My wife, dog and I stayed four nights over Memorial Day. The home/cabin, was private, secluded, well-maintained, clean and very comfortable. Unfortunately, we had four days of rain and cool weather, but we never felt confined, bored, etc. The outdoor grill, inside wood burning stove, privacy, tv streaming options, large table for games, etc. made the trip very enjoyable, relaxing and fun. Also, it goes without saying, our AUD cattle dog, seemed to enjoy himself and there were many places on the property for him to explore. Finally, it was very quiet during the day and evening; whereby, there were no distractions or obstacles to relaxation or sleep.

Such an awesome spot! BUT note this is a glampsite rather than a full house. The toilet is an outhouse (very clean, but make sure to duck to not hit your head), the shower is heated but it's outdoor, I didn't have soap or towels provided that I saw, and the bed is a tri-fold mattress that folds out onto the floor of the little A-frame. The wood fire hot tub was amazing, the fire pit is nice, there are two chairs included, parking is easy, there is good quality firewood here but bring something to light it with and start the burn. The sound of the running water is worth every penny. The cabin also is heated via some sort of gas, which does a great job and making the space feel cozy but I woke up with a pretty good sore throat. Not sure if that is a coincidence or if from the heater. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this place! Just make sure the less earthy people in your group are not expecting a hotel room/house.

The A-Frame on Pudding Hill was everything we were looking for — cozy, private, and super romantic. It had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. The hot tub was a little tricky to turn on at first haha, but once it was going, it was perfect. Thank you, Lenny, for being such a thoughtful host. We felt truly cared for, and we’d love to return in the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dreamy getaway!
