Gisele's home in Fleischmanns was ideal for a quiet winter family weekend near Belleayre. The house was well-appointed, clean, spacious, comfortable, warm, and as described, and Gisele was extremely communicative and friendly. We hope to visit again.

Just wow. What a breathtaking and relaxing spot for a little family reunion. This seemingly little A-frame has tons of room and three virtually private spaces perfect for three small families to relax separately then join the fun in the great room, spacious deck, and lakeside dock. Very well kept, tidy, with all the amenities you might need. Highly recommended!

We were in town for a wedding nearby and had a lovely stay at Anna's home. The living space was bright and airy with great views of the property and we enjoyed sitting on the deck outside as well. Anna was very responsive and put in extra effort to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. We only used the 3 bedrooms on the main/upper level during our stay. Would recommend!

This house has plenty of cooking and grilling utilities, good air conditioning, and was just as beautiful and clean as it looked in the photos. It was a beautiful and quiet neighborhood and our family enjoyed using the two kayaks provided in the garage. The host was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come again.

We comfortably fit all 14 of us for our stay in this lovely home. The river it was on was a beautiful addition to the beautiful home. Host was very helpful and responsive when needed. Easy entrance into the home. Lots of space, and comfortable beds. we will definitely stay here again, and we will highly recommend this home to others staying in and around Oneonta or Cooperstown. We stayed Here for our daughters family weekend at SUNY Oneonta, it was the perfect location. Also very quiet n private as well. Thank you Host Gerald!!

Our family stayed at William's cabin for a week while in town for our son's baseball tournament. The house is clean & new, the property is lovely, and there's a small lake for boating and fishing. I would bring your own gear if you plan to fish. The cabin is 20 minutes from town, so you're far enough out there to experience the calm of nature, but close enough to modern conveniences. William was responsive and kind.

We have stayed at many Airbnbs and by far this is the best. The accommodation is outstanding and extremely clean. The house was rebuilt within the last year with all new appliances. The lake was frozen but the view was spectacular. Have never experienced a host that is so responsive, had a minor issue and within minutes someone showed up and addressed the issue. My family and I are skiers and this location will be our yearly destination. I certainly endorse this property and highly recommend it.

We enjoyed staying at Isobella and Pierre’s place. It was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Beautiful decor with lots of space to relax. Our dogs loved exploring the backyard and were very much at home inside. We appreciated the basket of doggy towels and dog shampoo; well used during our rainy stay. The only negative for us was the sulfur smell in the water (a natural phenomenon in the geological area). Beyond the home- Pierre’s dining recommendations did not disappoint!

Noah’s place was very comfortable and we enjoyed our weekend during a snow storm. We loved both fireplace, specially the wood stove which kept the entire house in 70s throughout the freezing weekend. He had plenty of wood for the fireplace and also arranged the driveway to be plowed after the storm. There are some small stores and gas stations with in 10-15 min drive from home but bigger towns are about 30 min drive. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Scotty’s place! He was an incredible host — extremely accommodating, especially for baseball families like ours. The house was perfect: clean, comfortable, and stocked with all the necessary amenities. The location couldn’t have been better, just a quick 10-minute drive to Dreams Park. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and Scotty’s communication throughout our stay was top-notch — responsive, friendly, and helpful every step of the way. An extra special bonus was meeting Shug, the gentle giant, who made our stay even more memorable. We highly recommend staying here and would come back in a heartbeat. Thanks again, Scotty!

My family loved our stay in Stamford. Our family of 5 (including an 8 month old baby) were very comfortable and cozy here! My husband and I are upstate natives, so we knew what to expect from the area. Nicole was very helpful and communicative. Even after we had an issue arise, she coordinated and problem solved very efficiently. We would definitely visit again!

We were in awe when we arrived for our family vacation. It truly exceeded our expectations. The home has everything you could possibly need. It’s cozy and welcoming. The property is beyond beautiful .. there is so much to explore you never have to leave. Our lab was in complete heaven. We were so sad to leave but look forward to visiting again. My family and I highly recommend Morgan’s Pond Farm.

This home is lovely! It’s spacious and very clean. Our family could be together as they wished or enjoy some private time. The hot tub was a nice addition. If it rains, be sure to bring appropriate footwear as the yard and lakeside gets muddy. Fishing was terrific at the lake (there is lake access on the property). Conditions were a bit muddy (after a ton of rain) and a dismantled dock made launching a canoe difficult. Kitchen was terrific, and the bathrooms were awesome. About an hour to Cooperstown and 40 minutes to Howe Caverns. Was a great long weekend for us.

We had a great time! The house is great and was very accommodating to our group of 9 and a dog. The views are great from every floor. We utilized the kayaks a couple times and fished off the dock. Everyone that came on the trip was complimenting it the entire time. We hope to come back at some point in the future. Thank you! 🙂

The property was well-appointed and the owner’s have impeccable taste. Our experience was way over and above our expectations. The location is as good as you can get in Cooperstown. It was a pleasure staying there and we would recommend it to anyone thinking of staying in Cooperstown.

such a perfect choice for a getaway in a very scenic and peaceful area. the proximity to woodstock and surrounding towns is great, and everything feels very private and tucked away. ford is a very responsive host and it is very apparent that he cares a lot about taking care of his place. the interior design is lovely with lots of tasteful small touches and personality which definitely suits the location. the hot tub is amazing after a day of adventuring. a great upstate gem! :)

My experience here was delightful. The lake was peaceful, clean and beautiful. There were eagles and ospreys diving for fish right in front of us sitting in the lovely boathouse by the water. The large deck off the kitchen and living room is perfect for large gatherings. The expansive lawn is perfect for playing games, family and pet activities. The boats were easily accessible for use as well. The house is nicely renovated with comfortable beds, new appliances and bathroom details. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I did.

We had a fairly large family gathering at Pine lake Lodge and it accommodated us wonderfully. The commercial kitchen was a pleasure to cook in - we had a team cooking competition which was a blast. Pine lake is beautiful but one of the days we stayed there we could not access the private beach -no lifeguard so the beach was closed. We were there in early June, I suspect July and August may be different. There is a per person fee. The hike to Nine Corners Lake was lovely! The lake was beautiful and we went for a great swim there. Hard to pull the young adults away from pool table and darts. Overall great weekend.

This house was perfect for our extended family to stay for Colgate graduation! The views of Lake Moraine are spectacular. There were all the amenities needed. The host, Cora is so friendly and super responsive. She even left out snacks and water for us. I would highly recommend this place.

We were visiting for Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament and the home was perfect for our family. The little kids had plenty of room to run around, the couches were comfortable, tons of games for us to play on downtime. The booklet was helpful for local stores. We had a great visit.
