The house itself is perfect. Has everything you will need and the hot tub is perfect for 2 people to relax and unwind after hiking, site seeing, skiing, or whatever you do in the White Mountains, it is the land of many uses after all! The bed is comfortable, everything is labeled, the house and linens are clean, I truly have nothing bad to say. It is the perfect spot.

We are from india & always take out shoes outside, they have same tradition , to keep place clean like temple or church, our first impression, we can visit this place again in future. so far we stayed in so maney air b&B ,this was , topping the list. we are once again thnakful to donny,s

We had a fantastic stay at Susan’s place in Bethlehem, NH! The pantry is stocked with little things you might forget at home and luckily for us, since it rained all day Saturday, there is a whole selection of fun board games! Susan has clear instructions written out for her guests with a whole list of brochures and things to do in the area. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood but is very close to town. We will definitely be back!

Kevin’s place has to be the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in to date. The house was beautifully decorated, spotless, and had great kitchen appliances. The location was perfect for our hiking plans. After the first night, we all agreed—we have to come back here next time we’re in the area. Kevin was also incredibly kind and flexible with check-out to accommodate our hike, which we really appreciated. We hope to return soon!

Deb sent clear instructions for finding the place, and it was as described in the listing. It took us a few minutes to find where everything was, but the kitchen had what we needed to cook, from pans and knives to a measuring cup. Comfortable beds, though bring eye shades as the curtains let light in. Charming place, we'd stay again!

Another wonderful stay at Donna's place! My family has been staying here every year for our annual family vacation to the Littleton area for the past three years -- we love this location! Super clean space, beautiful property, and charming downtown areas nearby in Bethlehem and Littleton. We love walking "the maze" as my kiddo calls the neatly mowed trails in the backyard area, and there is a lovely view across the meadows toward the mountains just a short, pleasant walk down the road. Well-stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, and lots of extras like board games, a picnic cooler, and beach towels you can use for your daily adventures. The hosts are very responsive and helpful as well. So happy we found this place! Pro-tip -- love cooking at AirBnBs but don't want to travel with groceries? Order ahead at Shaw's in Littleton for pickup or even delivery to the cabin! This was a game changer for us. In a pinch, the little store in Bethlehem also has all the basics.

This is our third time staying. We enjoy the area. The easy access to the trails is great along with the multiple rooms for family or friends trip. We happen to leave something behind this time and our hosts were awesome enough to mail it to us! Thank you again for another fantastic experience!

Great place on the edge of Northern NH. There wasn’t quite enough snow for us to ride the town trails on our snowmobiles but luckily there are multiple park and rides within a five mile radius. Parking was a bit tight with the trailer but the owners helped describe extra parking across the street which we didn’t even end up needing, I was able to back our two place trailer in beside the house with a little guidance. What a neat place warm and cozy and rustic and very charming. Warm and clean. We had to leave early because of the cold temps freezing our sleds up, and they graciously offered us a free night in the future if we ever decided to come stay again for a couple nights, we will get a third for free. Wasn’t expecting that and feels good to be offered this deal as everything is super tight money wise these days. Thank you!!! Will def come back. Cheers

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

Right off the bat, Jason was incredibly flexible and accommodating. Kurt was very responsive and made us feel at home. Both always warm and friendly. This gorgeous carriage house is completely stocked with everything you need. From your cooking pans and condiments, to linens and toiletries. Sitting on the back deck and taking in the beautiful views was our favorite part. We are very grateful to both Jason and Kurt for sharing their wonderful carriage house with our family. We can’t wait to come back!

The place was so clean, quiet and peaceful. Secluded but so much to do in a short area. Can’t say enough good things. Will be coming back.

This is a nice, little apartment with a beautiful view of the river in the back yard and also the surrounding mountains. The apartment is well appointed with a full kitchen and laundry facilities. Todd and Donna were very welcoming and provided lots of brochures and handouts for attractions in the local area. The town of Milan is a small farming community, so if you're looking for a place to get away from the rush/rush of the city and enjoy some peace and quiet, this is the place for you.

Great place to stay for a weekend; the apartment was very clean and had many useful and thoughtful items in it (e.g. pots and pans, a coffee maker, extra toilet paper, dish/cleaning supplies, a hairdryer etc). We also appreciated that there were helpful little labels around the house and apartment for important light switches, the AC control vs the heat thermostat control, the hallway light, and the garage trash and recycle cans. The only thing we couldn't find and needed was a fly swatter; it's the tail-end of black fly season up north and we had to swat about 30 large flies right after arrival. One thing to note; this apartment is pet friendly, which was wonderful, but it is up a steep set of un-carpeted stairs. Our large dog found them slippery and it took a few tries before he was able to go up and down them without being afraid.

Rented this place for a weekend getaway with my friends. It was 3 total and more than enough room. It rained for most of our trip but we made the best of it. They have a spacious patio. Grill and propane fire pit outside. It was very nice. Place was very peaceful. A bit hard to find, GPS kept saying we had reached our destination, but it was a bit further ahead from where the GPS suggested. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Def recommend and would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lisa’s house in our white mountains foliage trip. Very quiet and stunning views of the mountains in color right in the living room. Secluded location but very short drive to Jackson and Conway. We would be happy to return again. Highly recommended!

Perfect little spot to getaway. We had a wedding at the Omni hotel. It was super close, convenient and peaceful. We were traveling with a baby, so the extra space and amenities were well worth it

Wife and I had a great time at Fairley’s place. Condo was as advertised, clean with all the utensils you need. The resort has a clubhouse with all great amenities. Location is great! We would definitely like to rent again.

Would highly recommend this place if you’re in the Conway area or would like to explore all that this area has to offer. Very easy to get to and it’s in a perfect location with great views.

We had a wonderful stay here! We were up for a weekend to enjoy the snow and mountains and appreciated how close it was to everything we planned. We had a snow storm the second night and the grounds maintenance was perfect, we had no problem walking right out the door. We would recommend heading for a stay!

The place was very clean and the resort had a ton of things to do and was close to many beautiful locations around North Conway and the white mountains. The owners were very nice with good communication and provided many recommendations for stuff to do around the area.
