Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Cremona

We had a great stay in Adriano's house in Parma. The house was really nice, very spacious and in a quiet area but also close to the city centre with many bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. The house was clean and comfortable and had all of the basic provisions which was helpful for a short stay. Adriano was friendly and responsive and gave us some good local advice. Overall an excellent weekend and hope to visit Param again some time.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Fausta e Andrea hanno messo a nostra disposizione ogni comodità e addirittura ci hanno accolto con un dolce preparato da Fausta! L'appartamento è pulitissimo, fornitissimo (soprattutto la cucina) e molto ampio. Fausta è super gentile e ospitale. Consigliatissimo.

We stayed at Francesca’s for a few days and it was magical. We felt we had our own little villa, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the lush garden where we could enjoy a morning coffee or evening spritz. The home is full of charm and beauty and was the perfect backdrop to our northern Italy adventure. It was spacious, had a lot of areas where we could lounge around as a group or individually to read, play some records, relax. It had all the amenities we needed to feel at home. There was a lovely Jacuzzi and a shower with great water pressure. The two bedrooms had lots of closet space and the beds were very comfortable. Franscesca was very responsive and easy to communicate with and gave us some great local recommendations. If you stay here, you will want to rent a bike because it is a bit of a walk into town, but the area is beautiful and private and along a lovely canal so it’s worth it. There is a tenant that lives on the property but they are very quiet and no bother.

Ottima posizione, casa come da descrizione, in ordine e pulita. Host super attivo e, quando abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema, ci ha subito risposto e ha cercato di risolverlo.

The place is great. Simona is wonderful. She quickly response to every our questions. There is convenient parking in internal gated yard. Air conditioner is in each room! Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time at Francesca's place and she made us feel very welcome. We had everything we needed and were happy to come back here every time to rest after a long day of exploring the city. Would recommend!

The space itself is spectacular—steeped in history, beautifully preserved, and bursting with classic charm. But the real highlight of our visit was Chiara herself. She is hands-down the most gracious, warm, and attentive host we’ve ever encountered. We enjoyed our stay at Marta's place. The apartment was well-located in a quiet, residential area, with a pleasant 15-minute walk into town and to the ferry terminal. It felt more like a real home than a holiday rental, with thoughtful touches that made it easy to feel at home. Everything was clean and well-equipped, and we appreciated having a washing machine and kitchen to self-cater when we wanted. Check-in was seamless thanks to the video instructions Marta sent ahead of time (though a small note on how to locate the apartment from the street would have been helpful — it’s tucked away, which adds to the peace and quiet once you find it!). Communication was quick and friendly throughout, and the local recommendations were a nice touch. We’d happily return if visiting the area again. Grazie mille!

Excellent location and multiple communications with owners were responded to immediately with clear guidelines. We were given early access to the flat and garage which was lucky as it turned out the street was closed that day for a 25th anniversary celebration. Flat is accurately presented and described. It is very clean and the bedroom is quiet at night. Entry was a bit complicated as I also rented the garage - lock on front door, then a lock box for garage key/ remote and then a lock box for flat. Having said that, flat and garage were extremely secure and it was easy after that. Definitely recommend the flat and its central location. Parma is a lovely town.

Un appartamento in posizione tranquilla, molto spazioso e con una cucina perfettamente attrezzata. Questo alloggio è arredato in modo molto creativo e personale, anche dopo una settimana c'è ancora qualcosa da scoprire in questa opera d'arte totale! Il parcheggio è a pochi passi e bar e ristoranti sono raggiungibili a piedi. Anche una giornata di pioggia può essere trascorsa in questo appartamento spazioso. La padrona di casa si informa personalmente se tutto è in ordine e dà suggerimenti e consigli per il soggiorno. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr kreativ und persönlich eingerichtet, auch nach einer Woche gibt es in diesem Gesamtkunstwerk noch etwas zu entdecken! Parkplätze sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und Bars und Restaurants sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Selbst einen Regentag kann man in dieser geräumigen Wohnung verbringen. Wonderful stay. Fast responsive hosts always communicating and quick to help when we needed it. Lovely apartment, it was nice to have a separate room with en-suite to shut away from the rest. Provided what we needed and the newly installed aircon was a life saver.

the house was clean, Diana has provided us with everything we might need. she also was very responsive and helpful. the house decoration is pretty cool we appreciated it a lot. the surrounding is peaceful, we really enjoy our time there. I would definitely recommend it.

Franca’s apartment is located in the most beautiful and peaceful part of Parma amongst beautiful historical buildings and monuments. The main piazzas are very short walk from the apartment. I used Parma as a base to see the Emilia Romagna region and I am very happy with the decision as I don’t like big cities. I loved spending time in central piazzas of Parma which are charming and peaceful. Franca has been always proactive and friendly with any questions I had. The apartment is in attic so it can be a bit warm in summer but with the two air conditioners in the apartment it felt very comfortable and cool. Highly recommend to anyone and will be happy to stay again if I visit Parma!
