We had a great stay in Adriano's house in Parma. The house was really nice, very spacious and in a quiet area but also close to the city centre with many bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. The house was clean and comfortable and had all of the basic provisions which was helpful for a short stay. Adriano was friendly and responsive and gave us some good local advice. Overall an excellent weekend and hope to visit Param again some time.

We had a great time. Fausta and Andrea provided us with every comfort and even welcomed us with a cake prepared by Fausta! The apartment is very clean, well-stocked (especially the kitchen) and very spacious. Fausta is super kind and hospitable. Highly recommended.

A dive into the past in Marco's home, a delightful home well furnished with retro taste, large garden and super location! Marco is very helpful and always attentive to respect requests! I recommend it

Monia is a very kind and helpful host. The house is very large with comfortable beds, two bathrooms with a large and perfectly functioning shower.

We stayed at Francesca’s for a few days and it was magical. We felt we had our own little villa, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the lush garden where we could enjoy a morning coffee or evening spritz. The home is full of charm and beauty and was the perfect backdrop to our northern Italy adventure. It was spacious, had a lot of areas where we could lounge around as a group or individually to read, play some records, relax. It had all the amenities we needed to feel at home. There was a lovely Jacuzzi and a shower with great water pressure. The two bedrooms had lots of closet space and the beds were very comfortable. Franscesca was very responsive and easy to communicate with and gave us some great local recommendations. If you stay here, you will want to rent a bike because it is a bit of a walk into town, but the area is beautiful and private and along a lovely canal so it’s worth it. There is a tenant that lives on the property but they are very quiet and no bother.

Such a friendly, dedicated landlord! Super well-equipped apartment with EVERYTHING you could need, plus stylish and modern. I was personally picked up to find the parking lot. It was simply wonderful!! Snacks and beer were even provided 😊👍 Thanks so much for the nice days!

The place is great. Simona is wonderful. She quickly response to every our questions. There is convenient parking in internal gated yard. Air conditioner is in each room! Highly recommended!

The space itself is spectacular—steeped in history, beautifully preserved, and bursting with classic charm. But the real highlight of our visit was Chiara herself. She is hands-down the most gracious, warm, and attentive host we’ve ever encountered. She greeted us with a radiant smile, made us feel instantly welcome, and was genuinely excited that we were there, as if we were old friends. Even better, Chiara’s local recommendations elevated our stay to another level. We enjoyed our stay at Marta's place. The apartment was well-located in a quiet, residential area, with a pleasant 15-minute walk into town and to the ferry terminal. It felt more like a real home than a holiday rental, with thoughtful touches that made it easy to feel at home. Everything was clean and well-equipped, and we appreciated having a washing machine and kitchen to self-cater when we wanted. Check-in was seamless thanks to the video instructions Marta sent ahead of time (though a small note on how to locate the apartment from the street would have been helpful — it’s tucked away, which adds to the peace and quiet once you find it!). Communication was quick and friendly throughout, and the local recommendations were a nice touch. We’d happily return if visiting the area again. Grazie mille!

The place is great, it has everything for a nice stay. The kitchen is well equipped. Wi-fi worked very well. Davide was amazing, super friendly and always replied very quickly. We enjoyed having bicycles to cycle around the town :)

Spacious apartment for two couples. Great shower, comfy bed, lovely view from our 7th floor balcony of the Castello and the Duomo. Easy parking under cover across the road. So close to the train station for our next city.

Excellent location and multiple communications with owners were responded to immediately with clear guidelines. We were given early access to the flat and garage which was lucky as it turned out the street was closed that day for a 25th anniversary celebration. Flat is accurately presented and described. It is very clean and the bedroom is quiet at night. Entry was a bit complicated as I also rented the garage - lock on front door, then a lock box for garage key/ remote and then a lock box for flat. Having said that, flat and garage were extremely secure and it was easy after that. Definitely recommend the flat and its central location. Parma is a lovely town.

Arezia’s home is absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully curated, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s the perfect place to unwind, cook meals, and get inspired by the impressive collection of art books. Located in a charming, non-touristy area, it offers a great base for exploring the many picturesque towns around the lake. The beach is walking distance from the apartment. Arezia is a wonderful host—thoughtful, welcoming, and full of helpful local tips to make your stay even more enjoyable.

Wonderful stay. Fast responsive hosts always communicating and quick to help when we needed it. Lovely apartment, it was nice to have a separate room with en-suite to shut away from the rest. Provided what we needed and the newly installed aircon was a life saver.

the house was clean, Diana has provided us with everything we might need. she also was very responsive and helpful. the house decoration is pretty cool we appreciated it a lot. the surrounding is peaceful, we really enjoy our time there. I would definitely recommend it.
