Nestled within a historic Grade 1 listed, 1000 acre private estate, each tent is fully furnished. Expect home from home comforts, with a double bed, king sized duvet and electric power, while outside a decked area contains table and chairs and your own fire pit. Our magical glamping site is perfect for couples, families, and group bookings.

Romany Vardo with Off Grid Hot Tub

Romany Vardo provides an ideal setting for a digital detox and spending quality time with a significant other. For an economical fee of £80, we will prepare the hot tub, fire pit, and pizza oven for you (please message us). This guarantees that everything is set for your arrival so you can immediately unwind and enjoy your time. If you prefer to have only the hot tub prepared, you have the power to choose. The cost is a mere £35, giving you the flexibility to customize your experience.

Jessie's Hut

Our first hut (Ben's hut) was so successful, we've built another one !! Set on a working sheep farm, Jessie’s Hut has a double bed with the option of a single bunk above, giving a 2+1 format. There's a shower room and a small kitchen area with a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Wool-based insulation and central heating keep the hut cosy warm all year. Things to see include:- Beamish Museum (a must see!!), The Roman Wall, Durham, Kilhope Lead mining Museum and The Metro Centre.

If you are looking to holiday in Alnmouth, or any stretch of the Northumberland coastline and want to stay somewhere private , then these refurbished caravans are for you. They are not only positioned by the Waterside, but are surrounded by fields, and are only accessed via a private road. so they are perfect for those wishing to holiday in a quiet secluded location, but very close to Alnmouth .They really do give the feeling of going back-to-nature and sleeping under the stars.

Airstream Caravan By the river

You will be staying in our 1960s Airstream caravan. It is on the edge of a wooded area next to the River Laver, where you will have your own ‘beach’ to enjoy. The Secret Garden is a flower farm and a rural location but it is just a twenty minute walk into Ripon centre. We are also within walking distance of the world heritage site of Fountains Abbey. Dixie Airstream Glamping in Style near Windermere

Relax in this iconic 1957 American Airstream, situated on the grounds of an 18th Century residence, conveniently located between the villages of Ings and Staveley and only 2.5 miles from Windermere. The Airstream has been permanently placed and with such benefits, a comfortable double bed, fresh running water, electricity and a plumbed-in loo. Wooden decking to the front makes an ideal space to have a BBQ or read a book.
