A quiet retreat between Dachau and Munich with a view of the garden. A narrow spiral staircase leads to a small apartment for a maximum of 2 people. Double bed (2x2 m), bathroom with shower, and small kitchen are available. From mid-September 2026, a small private terrace will be available. My dog runs around the property freely; he is very gentle, but he barks. Dachau is 2 km away, and Munich is about 15 km away. I live on the property myself and deliberately keep it quiet.
