Cozy construction trailer to feel good, in the garden with pear and apple trees and with two ducks. Idyllic in all seasons. The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

Quiet oasis of well-being | 3 bedrooms near Munich

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Our lovingly renovated apartment offers the perfect retreat for families, friends, and work & travel guests. (4-6 guests) The apartment is set in a natural environment on the outskirts of Dachau with a nearby forest, ideal for walking and relaxing. A highlight of our home is the large dining table, the perfect spot for shared moments. Whether it’s a cozy brunch in the morning, a fun game night with friends, or a relaxed dinner after a day of exploring – this is where memories are made!

Short Term Stay Octoberfest or longer?

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The S-Bahn connection can be reached in 8 minutes by bus. In the immediate vicinity, a bakery, butcher and pizzeria can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. Lake Karlsfeld is 1.3 km away and is an oasis of tranquility. Doctors and the shopping mall are 500 m away. Edeka, Aldi and Lidl can be reached in about 700 m. Otherwise, you can also enjoy the great location in the garden. A well-equipped kitchen is at your disposal.

Cozy apartment in Dachau

Our apartment is on the 1st floor in a quiet but centrally located residential area in Dachau. It is very spacious (1 bedroom and 1 living room/bedroom). For 5 people or more, we open another bedroom in the attic of the house. Our apartment has its own roof terrace. Munich is easily accessible via the nearby train station (approx. 12 minutes). But Dachau and its surroundings are also worth seeing. Shops serving everyday needs are nearby.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Eine schmale Spindeltreppe führt zum kleinen Appartement für max. 2 Personen. Doppelbett, Bad mit Dusche, kleine Küche, Blick in den Garten. Grill und Terrasse dürfen benutzt werden. Zum Waldschwaigsee ca 400m, zur Bushaltestelle ca 200m. Mein Hund läuft frei auf dem Grundstück herum. Dachau ist 2 km entfernt, nach München ca 15 km.
