Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell. Newly renovated and premiered in summer 2018, you'll have all the comforts of an exclusive home. In summer 2020, it was renovated so that guests can enjoy the covered terrace and a swimming pool (alberca) was built for summer days.
