Absolutely amazing home! Great for a vacation, working remotely or cycling training. Spacious and conveniently located, yet peaceful and private. Fast wifi and very clean.

Quiet accommodation with all the comforts to spend a good vacation. She had everything she needed and Sonia was available for anything. Very friendly neighbors too. Highly recommended!

Everything is just perfect: the house, location and the host. We stayed with our two daughters of 1 and 3, and had a great time. Everything that you need is there, the kids loved the toys and outside spaces (including the pool), and the beach and restaurants are a couple of minutes away. We have been to many Airbnbs, but almost none like this one. Will try to get back whenever we can.

Fantastic place, well worth booking especially when you see the sunrise from your private terrace. Arturo was so kind and helpful, easy direct instructions to find the place and suggestions of where to go were brilliant. He was so responsive and welcoming, made the whole thing so easy and enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone, friends or family to stay here it’s absolutely wonderful. We’ll be back!

Lovely house with beautifully manicured garden and nice swimming pool. Nicely decorated and it breathed tranquility. Wonderful place to stay with our family. It is not within walking distance of restaurants, but they can be reached by car within 10 minutes. The beds are good and it is very quiet.

Super nice house, in summer, when it's bathing time, a dream, the garden is very well maintained and beautiful. Despite winter, I was able to sit or lie in the sun very often. The surroundings invite you to hike, super quiet location, perfect for relaxing. In the evening by the fireplace, just wonderful. There was a place where there was sun at any time of the day. And the fresh lemons right off the tree, wonderful. Thomas is a perfect host, very helpful and has a solution for everything, thank you for the wonderful stay in this beautiful house.

It was fantastic in one word. Even more beautiful than in the photos and very clean! Stefanie responded right away she was very sweet and involved! Renting a car is a must! We plan to come back here more often!

Spacious villa, perfect for our family. Had everything we need. Kitchen is well equipped, 2 large bathrooms and all the rooms are a great size. We loved the outside space, especially being overlooked by Montgó and the pool area is stunning. Location is great, 10 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes to Dénia and a great central location to explore the area.

The house has the best views of Calpe and there is a path along the coast that takes you to the beach. We would definitely come back.

Excellent the house,everything you need to spend a few days, the only thing would be missing a microwave I understand that they are recently in the application and will add what is missing,the kitchen equipped with everything, the beds are very comfortable, in the backyard you can enjoy a sink or a snack quietly. The very quiet pool area, it is a few steps from the house,Inma encantadora, it was she who welcomed us and Julián was very attentive before arrival, leaving us instructions for arrival. I'd recommend this place 100x100!!! Commenting that at the entrance of the urbanization there is a small restaurant and a bar where you can have breakfast and eat something.

Lovingly decorated , well stocked apartment in a great location in the centre of Alcoi.

We were Aart's guests in Benimantell for 4 nights, but definitely wanted to stay there for a week. The location is beautiful, the apartment full of comforts and on colder evenings the pallet stove! An apartment in which you can cook extensively, while enjoying the view of the mountains. The apartment with its many stairs is very suitable for people going into the mountains, a nice warm-up for your muscles! Aart is a very helpful and communicative host, who had both a bottle of tasty wine and local olive oil ready.

The apartment is perfect for a beach break. The views are unbeatable and the apartment is comfortable. We liked the detail of the hairdryer with diffuser, bathroom products and detergent available to use the washing machine. Our hosts were super nice, they have always been attentive and answered us almost immediately. There is a super nearby playita also that you can take a route through the villages in the area as it is close to everything. Highly recommended.

Had a fantastic stay in Inge’s apartment. Inge met us for check in and showed us around. The view from the lounge and balcony is amazing! Very comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. Would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Pleasant stay! Very illuminated apartment with spectacular views, which invited you to rest and relax. Equipped with everything you need to spend a few days with family, friends... The host was quick to respond to any questions, and they were friendly at all times. The fact of being able to do self check-in, it helped us since we arrived at the apartment at night. We loved our month stay. The views were so beautiful. The house was very clean. And our communication with Jacqueline was great. She checked in on us and made sure that all was ok thru out our stay. Beautiful villa, gorgeous furniture and pool. Plenty of space for large family of 12. Outside kitchen was amazing! Marcel our host always responsive. Stunning holiday home with great WiFi speed. Beautiful gardens and views of the mountain. Very thoughtful hosts left some drinks and cava. For our arrival. Thank you. Children loved the table tennis. Good laundry facilities. Only negatives are that there were no hand towels for drying hands in any bathrooms and not enough tea towels in the kitchen for 12 people. Only 2 provided. Fridge was not cold enough and food spoiled quickly. Very very very difficult to get taxis anywhere in Denia , so get ready for lots of walking. Restaurant down the road is fabulous, huge food portions, tasty cuisine and lovely staff. Overall and fabulous holiday!

We had a great time at the property of Manuela & Thomas. With 3 adults and one toddler there was more than enough space for everyone to enjoy both inside and outdoors. I think the pictures of the listing speak for themselves; the property has great amenities all around, it's impossible to get enough of that view and in the evening the only thing you could hear were birds chirping peacefully outside. This place has everything you'd need for a relaxing holiday. Absolutely recommended and we hope to return one day.

We had a great time with the family in Javea! We were super well received upon arrival, the accommodation was nice, even more beautiful than in photos! We had everything at our disposal and the house was very well equipped (kitchen utensils, BBQ, appliances and products, the three toilets of the house, the outdoor fridge, etc.) We spent a lot of time outdoors, charming and well-designed terrace! Special mention to the very nice pool which is also very refreshing! Despite the a priori suburban location, we were quiet for the duration of the stay. We would highly recommend and will be sure to come back! Don't forget the mosquito repellent, there's a lot!

Amazing stay at the villa! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it had everything that we needed! Beautiful villa and surroundings - very private and serene! The pool was amazing! Host was very responsive and flexible with check in/check out. Only slight downside is the bedroom/bathroom situation. There is no main bathroom, one bedroom has an en suite and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom (you have to walk through one bedroom and the shared bathroom to get to the other bedroom) - this was fine for us (a family) but would be difficult if there were three couples sharing. Other than this, it was an amazing stay and we would absolutely return and stay again. Thank you for a wonderful stay

The group had the most amazing time at this villa in Denia. The house was incredibly well equipped with everything we needed and more. The photos honestly don’t do it justice as it’s even more beautiful in person. The outdoor space was absolutely stunning with plenty of room to relax, dine, and enjoy the sunshine. The host was really informative and helpful which made everything so easy. Denia itself is a beautiful place with so much to explore. We truly didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back.

Our stay at the place was wonderful. Kerstin is a warm host who lovingly takes care of her guests and likes to pass on her tips for food, beaches and activities. But she also always gave us the necessary space. The two cats who live on the property were very sweet and trusting and immediately won our hearts. The kitchen, living room and outdoor area with large pool are shared with a maximum of 4 other guests. However, the villa is so large that there is always a way to retreat outside your own room. Villa la Paz is located just outside Dénia - we enjoyed the tranquility and the good air very much, it was like in paradise. The surrounding area is also beautiful and invites you to many water activities, walks through the towns and excursions into nature. We would always recommend the place and especially recommend the massage that we were able to book.

Absolutely gorgeous villa, beautiful grounds and in a peaceful location. Our children loved the pool and ping pong table. Quick and easy drive to all the amenities that Javea has to offer. Very clear and helpful instructions from Emma and Pierre. Very responsive and accommodating hosts. We would definitely book again.
