Holiday rentals with a patio in Dénia

It's a quiet, sweet, and beautiful house. I was amazed by the cleanly maintained outdoor pool. The fact that the beautiful kitchen, where barbecues are also possible, is only outdoors is an advantage if you adapt. The energy from the mountain was especially great. I feel like I had a good rest.

An excellent luxury apartment, super comfortable, spacious, very beautiful decoration and with an exemplary view. It has everything, it is very well equipped and it is super comfortable and quiet. The truth is that this place is one of the best experiences..... the people who welcomed my group and me, super good, kind people and above all very attentive to always respond to what we needed. Finally, it is great, it deserves a 1000 out of 10

Mar's apartment was exactly as advertised and we were delighted with it. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable with lovely views over the pool area from a delightful terrace. Instructions on how to get there, plus masses of information on amenities within the apartment and complex, plus information on the local area, places to visit and restaurants to eat were just perfect. Mar was extremely responsive in all the communication we had and we really can't thank her enough for allowing us to enjoy a perfect visit to Denia and the Denia area as a whole. We would thoroughly recommend Mar's apartment and finally, it's proximity to the Marina, Port and Sea Front made it the ideal place to stay. Huge thanks! Don & Roberto

We just had a very good stay at Joan and Manuela's. The accommodation is exactly as described, it is ideal for a family of 3 or 4 people. Very well equipped, very clean, no need to load suitcases, there are even beach games for children! Ideally located: 3 min walk there is a supermarket and a parapharmacy, 2 min from restaurants (including a very good one recommended by Manuela) and the fine sandy beach at the foot of the residence. We will most certainly return to this property.

We enjoyed a warm and helpful welcome from Soledad Ana. The apartment is extremely comfortable and location is convenient to the centre of old town Javea, with restaurants and a great food market. A longer walk or short drive to beach and stunning coastal walks.

We had a wonderful stay at Adam and Neil's house in Jávea. The home is even more beautiful than the photos — spacious, stylish, and thoughtfully designed with everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. Adam and Neil were fantastic hosts. The location is also ideal — quiet and private. Would come back again and recommend this place without hesitation.

Absolutely amazing home! Great for a vacation, working remotely or cycling training. Spacious and conveniently located, yet peaceful and private. Fast wifi and very clean.

The house is beautiful with one bedroom on each floor which provides lots of space and privacy. The location is great with lots of restaurants nearby and an easy walk to the port.

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Lovely house with beautifully manicured garden and nice swimming pool. Nicely decorated and it breathed tranquility. Wonderful place to stay with our family. It is not within walking distance of restaurants, but they can be reached by car within 10 minutes. The beds are good and it is very quiet.

We stayed at the accommodation for a weekend in June. The area and the urbanization at that time are very quiet, which is what we wanted. We had a great time at the house, but most importantly, the hosts were constantly attentive to our needs.

Amazing villa, fully meeting the expectations as advertised on AirBnb. The villa is nicely styled, clean, has everything you need for a pleasant stay, and everything is of good quality. The owners are very friendly and helpful, and always quickly responding to questions. We definitely consider returning one day.

The house is great, the kids just looove the pool area so much. Sitting outside drinking your morning coffe with the wiew of the mountain in the front of you is just great. To stay here you need to have a car for your own flexibilty but it's also easy to take a taxi to Calp city. We would recommend this place to everyone who need a few days to just relax. Thanks!!

We had a great time at José’s apartment. The accommodation was clean and tidy and the roof terrace was a great bonus with sun on it all day. The location was perfect for walking into the centre of Denia and it’s attractions as well as being in an area that was full of local cafes, bars and shops that represented the real life Denia. It’s a bit tricky to park outside the apartment but worse case you can park for free 5 minutes walk away. We will certainly return to the apartment in the future and highly recommend it.

We were very pleased. Comfortable, quiet apartment and ideal for going with little ones. The access to the pool, the proximity to the beach, and the park… a tipzo. Maybe the sofa and the big bed could be a more comfortable pelin, but it is compensated with everything else. The host, Carmen, a sweetheart. Very attentive to everything and answered immediately, very close and made us feel very comfortable. We will certainly love to come back.

Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment. I would book it again in a heartbit. Thanks Gonzalo and family for your hospitality!

Lovely place, with beautiful pool area. Great communication wit Pia. Easy access. Things to note: On a very busy main road, so lots of traffic noise during the day. You do block it out after a time, but its worth knowing. The roof terrace is amazing, with stunning virws, but not large. The property is a studio appartment. No seperate seating area inside. Kitchen is not really equipt for cooking. Fridge door hung on the wrong side, which is strange. We stayed for 2 weeks. We were told if we wanted clean sheets and towels at the end of the first week, that this was not catered for. If we wanted, we could pay. Eventually, we were offered the use of the washing machine for the towels ( quick cyle only). These are just points to note. They dont spoil the fact that we had an amazingly relaxed holiday.
