Each unit is fully separate. The Destin Doublemint, a bright and airy one-bedroom cottage, is the perfect spot for your beach vacation. It's less than a 2-minute walk to the sand, making it easy to pop back for a dip in the pool or a movie in the AC before walking back over for sunset.

The unit has a queen bed and futon that lays down to a full size bed. It's very comfortable for small groups. Newly renovated condo with spectacular pool area close to the beach. *NO EARLY CHECK INS POSSIBLE DURING HIGH SEASON (March-October) during off season it depends on booking situation (back2back bookings) *RESORT FEE: separate charge not included in the initial charge. There is a resort fee due a few days prior to check in which we will request separately ($25/night). We have to charge separately as we are using a PMS that doesn't allow to add this charge.
