We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Located in the heart of Les Deux-Sevres, Le Presbytère des Groseillers, is perfectly placed to shine between the Gâtine, Parthenay, Niort, Marais Poitevin, La Rochelle, La Vendee and Puy du Fou. We have kept the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bikes or motorcycles only, firewood...). On 40M² we host independently from 1 to 4 people (a queen bed, a 130 sofa bed).

The house has all the necessary amenities with its equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy an enclosed garden and shaded terrace as well as access to the heated pool, children's games, petanque court and animals.
