We felt very comfortable over the Pentecost weekend despite very changing weather thanks to the beautiful apartment.

Beautiful, comfortable, with a lot of content, an apartment to which we will always be happy to return. We definitely recommend it! Also clear, polite and fast communication with the host David.

We stayed for the second time and would definitely book again. The place is clean, nicely decorated, and the bed is super comfy. In good weather, the balcony invites you to linger. The location is super central yet very quiet, as the apartment is located in a side street. We received information in advance about how to get there and check in, totally simple and straightforward. Nice and friendly hosts.

We were a group of 10 girls and had an absolutely relaxing weekend. The apartment was perfectly equipped – we really had everything we needed and even more. The furnishings were super modern and lovingly designed. We were particularly enthusiastic about the bathroom: a real highlight! The shower was so nice you didn't want to get out at all - absolute spa feeling! 😍 The host was accessible throughout and responded super quickly. It made us feel really good. Check-in and check-out were also completely uncomplicated and quick. All in all: absolutely recommended – we would come back anytime! Thanks for the hospitality 💕

Patrick & Kerstin's apartment was great. Very spacious, clean and modern. The kitchen invites you to cook yourself. You sleep peacefully and have no noise from traffic or anything else. The hosts live in the same house on the upper floor, but you have your privacy thanks to your own front door. There is also something for children.

We stayed at Rolf's apartment for 2 nights and had a great time. The apartment was impeccable and equipped with everything you need. The communication with Rolf was very pleasant and respectful. We would book Rolf's apartment again at any time.

This house is absolutely as you hope it will be when you see the photos. My wife and 2 year old daughter were very content to spend days on the property, gazing at the river, listening to the birds, and playing in the garden. This is a beautiful house with good natural light, very clean, quiet, and well maintained. I must call attention to the radiant heating system, which is more comfortable than anything I have experienced. A relaxing escape we hope to return to in the future.

Absolutely fantastic vacation with the two. Elfi and Peter are waaaahnsinnig loving people and stand by us with advice and action and the accommodation is also an absolute dream. Spacious, quiet, very clean, mega pool, and it really lacked NOTHING. We would have loved to have moved in there forever. Thank you for everything, Elfi and Peter!!! We will definitely come again :)))

Werner is a very friendly and helpful host who gave me some great sightseeing suggestions. The house is very clean and well-equipped. It’s a quiet and beautiful place with fresh air, and the entrance to the forest is just a short walk away. I had a great stay here—it’s a highly recommended place to stay.

We spent a week in Deggendorf with Johanna and Johann, who are very attentive and friendly hosts. The penthouse is cozy, practical and tastefully furnished. The beds are comfortable. We had caught a lot of rain and so instead of hiking we got to know some museums, e.g. the museums in the village (crafts and local history).

Our stay far exceeded our expectations. The accommodation was perfectly tailored to our needs. The surroundings were a paradise for hikers and e-bike fans. Our hosts were consistently courteous and always helpful. We will highly recommend you.

Very friendly, everything available, clean especially the bathroom

Really felt at home at Mel’s place! Her and her husband live across the street, so Mel met us and showed us around the house when we arrived. We really appreciated the bright windows and deck, as well as the lovely dishes, pots & pans, appliances, and comfy bed. Everything was great, the nice flowers on the table added a special touch! We had the upper space, and there was a tenant in the lower space, but we never really noticed him. If we return to Mitterfels, would love to stay with Mel again!

Our stay at this beautiful place was just perfect! The apartment itself is beautifully furnished, extremely well maintained, clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. We also got to know Katrin's mother briefly. She gave us a few tips for the area. ☺️ The highlight for us was the private whirlpool including the possibility to watch series. Thanks to the manual, we were able to manage everything easily on our own. Katrin would also have been very easy to reach for any questions. I am looking forward to my next stay there! We had a nice, relaxing weekend in Deepthis accommodation 😊 The apartment was very clean and sweetly equipped. Deepthi responded really quickly and the communication was super pleasant. What you might want to know: contrary to the pretty accommodation, the house in which it is located cannot quite keep up. It didn't bother us, we would have been grateful for such a note in the reviews.

We had a great time in the apartment with the Adam family. Very cozy, lovingly furnished and well-equipped apartment. The sauna and whirlpool (€20 per use) are also a great addition. Alois was very friendly, courteous and we were even able to check in later than advertised. If you're looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be.

We were able to relax well. The apartment is great and uncomplicated for loading and unloading luggage. The swimming pool is great and we also liked the rest of the complex. The surroundings are very beautiful and were fantastic in the beautiful weather, which we had during our time there. The apartment is well equipped, with everything you need to stay longer. There is even a possibility to use a washer-dryer. The bed is simple and good, we were able to sleep restfully. The kitchen is well equipped and even has a dishwasher. I think for a small apartment it offers a lot of amenities. Price - performance we found very good. Thank you!

The place was really great. The apartment is one of several in the house. The entire apartment was super clean and fully matched the pictures and description. The kitchen is fully equipped and the induction hob, oven and microwave are modern and in excellent condition. The host - Freddy - was always easy to reach and always responded promptly. The surrounding area is very beautiful and idyllic. The whirlpool was very relaxing and has a beautiful view in the garden! A In addition, the barbecue hut can be booked, which is slightly elevated above the house. This is also very modern and lovingly designed. All in all, I can highly recommend the accommodation and would travel there again at any time. We were only in Erding and on site, so I can't say much about the connection to Munich etc.

Apartment is very nice. Andrea offered us clear instructions about the check-in and amenities of the place. She made everything easy for us and we knew where to find everything inside the resort. We felt ourselves well welcomed.
