Wir haben uns bei Valentina und ihrer Familie sehr wohl gefühlt! Das private Studio bietet alles was man braucht und auch der Garten mit der Möglichkeit zu grillen haben wir gerne genutzt! Tipps für Strände oder Restaurants haben den Aufenthalt noch einmal verbessert!

Wir haben als Familie einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem tollen Ferienhaus auf Sardinien verbracht! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wie beschrieben ausgestattet. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom herrlichen Pool, der an heißen Tagen für eine willkommene Abkühlung gesorgt hat und von Groß und Klein ausgiebig genutzt wurde. Die Lage ist ruhig und erholsam, perfekt zum Abschalten, und dennoch erreicht man Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und schöne Ausflugsziele schnell mit dem Auto. Die großzügige Terrasse mit Blick in die Berge war unser Lieblingsplatz - einfach traumhaft! Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber und den Leuten vor Ort war sehr freundlich. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar, falls Fragen aufkamen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Eine absolute Empfehlung!

Luciana hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und sogar eine Weißweinflasche in den Kühlschrank gelegt. Die Unterkunft hat einen kleinen süßen Garten, der umgeben ist von Natur. Da man keine direkte Nachbaren hat, genießt man große Privatsphäre. Außerdem kann man zu Fuß sehr schnell Strände, Restaurantes und einen Supermarkt erreichen. Der Aufenthalt war sehr unkompliziert und die Haushaltsgeräte waren in einem sehr guten Zustand. Gerne besuchen wir Luciana wieder!

We LOVED our stay at Nella’s place. The location is perfect for those that want a peaceful, private, and relaxing stay. But it’s still very close to Teulada for dinners or popping to get amenities. The view of the ocean and hills every morning and evening was incredible. It’s a great location to explore some of the best (in our opinion) coastline and beaches in Sardinia. Nella and her daughter were very responsive and responded quickly when we had any question. We hope to be back next year!

Wir haben als Familie zu viert 10 Tage in Pilars schöner Wohnung verbracht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und äußerst sauber. Wir hatten (bis auf morgendliches, freundliches Vogelgezwitscher) viel Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Der Ausblick ist wirklich fantastisch, morgens sieht man bei einem Espresso die Kitesurfer am Strand und abends hört man beim Sonnenuntergang die Wellen rauschen. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Umgebung gibt es fußläufig sehr schöne Strände (wir mochten die Spiaggia di Sa Colonia am liebsten), in ca 20 Minuten Spaziergang ist man am Meer. Im Nachbarort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, es empfiehlt sich aber, großere Einkäufe zb in Pula zu erledigen. Pilar war als Gastgeberin immer erreichbar und super freundlich. Wir können die Wohnung wirklich wärmstens empfehlen. Danke für einen sehr schönen Urlaub!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Das Haus ist nicht nur sehr schön eingerichtet, sondern auch hervorragend ausgestattet – es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Besonders angenehm war der private Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft, was den Aufenthalt noch entspannter gemacht hat. Die Lage ist ruhig und ideal, um dem Trubel des Alltags zu entfliehen – perfekt für Stadtmenschen, die sich nach einer Auszeit sehnen. Alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und hygienisch, vom Wohnraum bis hin zum großzügigen, liebevoll gestalteten Garten. Ein großes Plus sind die mit Fliegengittern ausgestatteten Fenster, durch die man die Ruhe genießen kann, ohne sich über Insekten Gedanken machen zu müssen. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich, unkompliziert und jederzeit hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft wärmstens und mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and peaceful villa. The setting among ancient olive trees was absolutely charming, and we loved the tranquility of the countryside while still being so close to the town and nearby supermarket. The apartment was just as described and the barbecue and outdoor shower were great extras that made the stay feel even more special. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Marina was a wonderful host and we would absolutely love to come back!

Soggiorno slendido, Roberto e Stefania sono persone molto disponibili, gentili e ospitali. L'alloggio, molto accogliente e fuzionale, e' curato in ogni dettaglio, per soddisfare tutte le esigenze. La pulizia e' ineccepibile. La miglior posizione per visitare tutta la costa da Chia a Iglesias. Un punto di riferimento per una vacanza meravigliosa nel magico sud ovest della Sardegna.

I loved my stay! The view is to die for and Andrea is an exceptional host. The apartment is located in a woodsy village that overlooks the sea. The large living room window was one of my favorite things and the proximity to the beach was the other. The apartment is basic but had everything I needed. There were beach chairs and an umbrella available for my use also. As a solo female traveler I always felt completely safe. The other people in the village were very welcoming and I never had parking issues. I highly recommended this accommodation.

Great Host, Great Location. spacious top floor with a view. coffee and pastries right next door. dinner/ food/shopping options plentiful with 2 min of front door. our host was there to greet us with recommendations and instructions. AC & Wifi worked great as well. highly recommended! my children loced the decor. Alessandro is quite the Artist as well. thx again

L’alloggio era davvero ben pulito e luminoso, oltre che spazioso. Maria ha saputo darmi ottimi consigli su dove andare a mangiare. La presenza del posto auto è molto comoda. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Samantha und Maurizio sehr genossen. Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern & Samantha ist so freundlich. Sie hat uns am ersten Tag persönlich empfangen & uns in der Wohnung alles gezeigt. Außerdem hat sie uns super viele Empfehlungen, sei es stände, Restaurants, Cafés, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc., am ersten Tag geschickt. Die Empfehlungen waren so hilfreich, wir haben jede einzelne genossen. Es ist wirklich ein tolles Airbnb mit tollen Vermietern, was zu 100% weiterempfohlen werden kann… wir würden nochmal wieder kommen ☺️☺️

Ga je op vakantie in Sardinië dan heb je altijd een auto nodig. Teulada hebben wij gekozen als vertrekplaats om diverse plaatsen te bezoeken. Van hieruit hebben we oa Pula, Nora en Chia bezocht. En ook S'Antioco en Calasetta. Anna Rita en haar man zijn heel gastvrij, flexibel en gemakkelijk in de omgang. De aankomsttijd en vertrektijd waren bespreekbaar. En naast hun warme welkom ook nog een schaal met overheerlijke dolci sardi. Wij hebben fijne dagen gehad in hun appartement.

La casa è molto bella e addirittura più spaziosa di quanto ci aspettassimo. Molto molto pulita!!! Completa di tutto quello che serve, anzi, anche di più. La cordialità di Giancarlo, la sua disponibilità e l'attenzione ai dettagli, lo contraddistinguono come super host!!! Torneremo sicuramente.

Wat een heerlijke plek om te verblijven! Het appartement was precies wat ik zocht: schoon, Elke ochtend ontbijten op het balkon. De locatie was perfect – Restaurants, wnkels op loop afstand. Alles was goed geregeld en de host was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, gaf ook lokale tips. Sardinië is magisch groot met veel mooie natuur om te mountainbiken, hiken etc.. ik zou hier zo weer terugkomen!

This was one of the best and most relaxing vacations ever. The beach house has direct access to the beach. The house has everything you need to enjoy the beach (parasol, two beach beds that can be taken to the beach). It also has an outdoor shower to take the sand out of you. We very much enjoyed the barbecue that Daniele provided with charcoal and everything you need to prepare a good meat. The house has enough space for 2 people, including air conditioning, which can be very necessary in summer. I would like to mention that the beach is beautiful. We went there in the beginning of June. White sand and turquoise water make this place really amazing. In our first day we have windy conditioned which made de beach a little bit colder. The next days we had no wind at all and the temperature of the water was around 19-20°C. Perfect for refreshing during the hot day. It is also quite private, in the sense that the public access are mainly away from this area.

Wir wurden von Bruna sehr herzlich empfangen. Eine super nette Person! Gleich bei Ankunft hat sie uns die wichtigsten Dinge genannt, auf die wir achten sollten. Die Wohnung ist äußerst sauber und verfügt über eine Klimaanlage. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist mehr als ausreichend um sich etwas Leckeres zu kochen. Auch mehrere kleine Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind in der Nähe. Falls man keine Lust darauf hat, findet man in der Nähe genügend Restaurants und Pizzerien. Bei Fragen ist Bruna immer schnell erreichbar und hilft wo sie kann. Check In und Check Out liefen völlig unkompliziert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub bei Bruna verbringen.

Lovely villa in Eden Rock with great views over the sea from top floor terrace and lower floor terrace. BBQ next to seating on top floor is great for entertaining. Apartment is well laid out and would suit various group sizes esp 4 adults and 2-3 children. Minimalist style makes it easy to use and find everything. Noemi the local host is really responsive and helpful. She meets you at the barriers for the complex and shows you the way up to the apartment in the road. Lots of recommendations available. Note circa 20 steps down from the parking to the front door.

Cute and charming apartment, incredible view, perfect for exploring the local stunning beaches. Marina & Enrico were excellent hosts, there to welcome us in person with local wine and pastries. Great communication despite the language barrier. Would definitely stay here again.

The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She knew we would be tired after the Chia run and, since she was nearby in Pula, she immediately called and offered to pick us up by car. She also kindly offered us a throw to use on the beach after we checked out, as we wanted to relax there until it was time to catch our bus. The bedroom doesn't have a heater, so it can feel colder compared to the living room. However, the location is fantastic—very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful spots. The walk along the Strada Romana toward Chia was absolutely amazing. Heads-up for travelers without a car: there’s no supermarket in Pinus Village. If you need any supplies, you’ll have to arrange a ride to Pula. Buses are there but the frequency is quite limited. ( use app “ DropTicket” to avoid paying more onboard ).

Stayed 4 nights, 5 days at this apartment and was very pleased. The location is excellent, it was spotlessly clean, and Viktoriia was extremely helpful and responsive. I didn't realize it was a Murphy bed, but it was still comfortable. I really appreciated having the access to a washing machine for a longer trip. I highly recommend!

Wow! Just amazing! Perfect location and easy to find. I will stay here again next time I visit Calgliari. In the historic district close to everything. Just an amazing place to be. Food walking tour and under ground tour all within a 5-10 min walk. Perfect place to explore Calgliari. Do not hesitate to book. My compliments to Ricardo!

We loved our stay here! A perfect apartment and Lorenzo was an excellent host who provided really helpful local information and instructions. The apartment was very easy to find and is in a lovely location and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The surrounding streets are very pretty as they are full of colourful plants and flowers and heritage sites of interest are within walking distance (although, as with everywhere in Cagliari there are some steep paths). The apartment was extremely well equipped and included everything that we needed for our trip and more (a few examples: hairdryer, coffee pot, wine glasses, maps, guides, beautiful books on local history, local recommendations, beach equipment - and much more) and it was spotlessly clean throughout. We would highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay again sometime. Thank you Lorenzo and Severino!
