Quietly situated forester's house for 2 families

We love to welcome you in our former spacious forester's house. We are a Dutch family with 3 children who bought the house in 2006 as a family vacation home. With a lot of love and attention we think we have created a unique spot in the quiet forests of the Czech Republic. If you love nature you will feel completely at home. Walking, cycling, mountain biking, you are in the middle of it! In the summer you can enjoy the silence on the veranda and in the winter the cosines by the fireplace.

Cozy and traditional 200-years-old house

There is a big room with a fireplace, decorated with traditional furniture where you can enjoy your meals or spend cozy evenings, playing board games and drinking whine or Bavarian beer. In the kitchen next to the electric stove there is an old-fashioned kitchen oven where you can boil your tea water in a traditional way, but don`t worry, there is also an electric kettle. The house has a big garden with vegetables and fruit like strawberries, raspberries, apples and pears.

A feel-good oasis in the Bavarian Forest

Newly renovated farmhouse in the middle of beautiful nature invites you to relax and unwind! ☀️ Enjoy the sunny terrace overlooking the orchards and be enchanted by this special and quiet accommodation. Beautiful hiking trails through the adjacent forest lead directly past the house, Falkenstein Castle is 7 km away. The cities of Cham, Straubing and Regensburg are about 30 minutes away. Wi-Fi is of course also available free of charge!

Small paradise

Our cozy cottage is situated alone and beautifully on the edge of a hamlet near the “Hölle” nature reserve in the front Bavarian Forest. Its unique charm offers the best conditions for rest and relaxation, both indoors and on the terrace or in the garden. The area invites you to hiking or cycling trips, excursions, to the Bavarian Forest or even to Regensburg. So, let yourself be surprised. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Rötzer vacation home - with sauna, hot tub and grill

This fully equipped vacation home for up to 8 people is situated in a secluded location on a 3,000 m² property. Over 200 m² of living space, you will find 4 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace room, a large terrace, a sauna and a hot tub. Families with children are also well equipped. Towels, bed linens and much more are included. An inn for breakfast and dinner is only about 200 m away.

Cozy AtelierHaus im Bayerische Wald

The flair of the 50s is preserved in the house. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can switch off wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For the guests, the 1st and 2nd floors are reserved and connected by stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studios.

Vacation home at Donauspitz (Kelheim)

The former farmhouse was built in 1883 from local limestone and has since been completely renovated. The vacation home is located approx. 2 km south-east of the city center in the district of Affecking directly on the Danube and offers the ideal mix of peace and quiet at night and proximity to the most beautiful sights with good transport connections.

Lovingly renovated country house

The house has been converted into a vacation home and also a seminar house for yoga and similar events. It is quiet and tranquil to live indoors and outdoors. The rural surroundings invite you to walk, hike, bike, and go on excursions. Since December 2022, it has been possible to use a separate outdoor sauna for a fee, on request.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.

We offer a stylish old house in the country full of character. You will have a view over green hills in the middle of Bavaria. It is a free standing house with garden, 250 m removed from the little village. Our dream home is situated in Tauchersdorf, close to Nabburg.
