Located in the Rhineland between Cologne and Dusseldorf, you will find our modern holiday and Messewohnung. The apartment is located in Dormagen am Rhein near a nature reserve, on the upper floor of a two family house and has been completely refurbished renovated. Features: Covering an area of 86 m² located next to the spacious living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, hall and bathroom. In the first bedroom there is a box spring that can be charged separately if required. The second bedroom has a single bed. In the large living room there are also two double sofa beds, so that this space can be used as living room. A cozy fireplace, couch and flat screen TV with satellite TV, and a CD - Player can accommodate for evening gatherings. CDs are available in the apartment and can be used. The fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator combination, cooker with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc. offers a comfortable dining area for four people. The table is extendable so that also 6 people can find space there. A washer and dryer are in the basement of the house. Towels and sheets are provided by us. The garden can be to relax and crickets with used. In the entrance there is a guest parking. Supermarket: A small shopping center with Fitnesstudio, Lidl, Edeka, Hairdresser Restaurant, Bakery and Cafe, etc. can be reached in 5 minutes walk. The small cafe one can relish enjoy breakfast or coffee and cake. Special is our Icecafe! Restaurants with German menues, Asien with shusi and a Pizzarestaurant Access: Dormagen - Stürzelberg located on the B9. Few km away is the motorway exit to the A46. Direction Dusseldorf ( around 25 km ), and the A57 direction Cologne ( around 30 km). The stop for the city bus is approx. 100 meters. and offers great transport links to the train station and the city center in Dormagen. The train connection to Dusseldorf and Cologne passes every 20 minutes. From the city of Zons can can quickly take the ferry to Dusseldorf Urdenbach. The area offers many attractions.
