Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

You'll love the place because of the surroundings, which are balm for every soul. The garden invites you to play + linger, is secluded, fenced + "escape-proof" for 2/4-legged adventurers. The house itself is completely renovated, has new bathrooms, one of which is handicapped accessible and a lot of space. The kitchen-living room offers everyone space for cozy interaction. My place is good for couples, families + kids/babies, groups, multiple generations and furry friends (pets).

Enjoy a wonderful relaxing stay in the Tiny House among the animals in the Groningen meadows. The cottage is located in the middle of the nature reserve "Ae'sWoudbloem" and you can find a lot of beautiful bike/hiking tours there. In addition, you have beautiful views from the cottage in Gronings and you can enjoy your vacation/weekend away in peace. The "Hühnerstall" is a small guest house in a spacious garden with many old trees and offers space for couples, but also four adults or a family. Everywhere in the garden there are shady places for the adults to linger and overgrown secret corners and play opportunities for the little ones. A swivel grill with a fire pit invites you to evening campfires on the terrace. The adjacent house is currently empty, so you have the garden all to yourselves.

This (entire!) house is located at water with a magnificent view. The city of Groningen can be reached in 20 minutes by car car. The center of Zuidlaren is easily accessible by bike. There are many possibilities to explore the area: walking, cycling or by boat. Our vacation home is located in a nature reserve. The house with lots of privacy is located on a large private property with parking spaces.

Do you want to enjoy peace and space in a natural area? Then choose this lovely place in Hungry Wolf. You can relax in this cottage, which is cozy and comfortably furnished. In addition, you will have your own terrace with a beautiful and sweeping view. Also during the colder days in autumn and winter, it is good to spend time here; the pellet stove ensures a warm and pleasant stay.

It's our passion to share Mongolian culture. Saran, the host, was born and raised in a yurt in Mongolia. Rowan is married to Saran and has been making music from Mongolia for 15+ years. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. We also organize workshops, such as a cooking workshop (learn to make traditional Mongolian dishes).
