On our approx. 2000 m² property there are 2 apartments. The roof areas are well insulated from the inside and outside. The apartment is cozy and quiet. All rooms have windows. A car parking space is available on the premises for the apartment. For possibly several cars or vans, there is free public parking nearby. In about 500 m are the S-Bahn station and ferry terminal, as well as the outdoor swimming pool. There are many opportunities for hikes and excursions in the area.

The Elbe cycle path is 15 minutes away by bike.

Public transport is outside the door. You can easily explore all the sights. Despite the proximity to the hustle and bustle, you are surrounded by nature in the countryside. Pets are welcome here. Garden / sauna / hot tub for relaxation, parking and e-charging station available.

Children are very welcome - a playground, sandbox and our animals are waiting for them to be petted!

The entire house is a non-smoking house. The house is located close to the center in the middle of a green single-family house settlement. The historic city center can be reached by bus (4 minutes' walk) or train (3 stops) in about 20 minutes.
